It made the car purchase a much more pleasurable experience. We liked the contracts part of the experience, as well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and was able to answer all my questions. I also spoke with Marc Novak and along with Kenneth we were able to put a deal together. Vehicle was ready when I arrived the next day and Kenneth Wagner walked me around the vehicle pointing out the great features. Then went in and met with Justin in Finance and when finished Kenneth sat with me in the vehicle and did a run through on equipment and all the features on the display. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable of the product. Jason Costine was a pleasure working with in the finance department. Finally, a short example to illustrate my point. 36 hours after I bought the truck, it wouldn't start in my driveway when I was leaving for work at 7:30. I called Billy, he was in my driveway jump starting the truck and had called the sales manager, Ronnie Teer, on his way to let him know that I was on the way. I had a great experience in the service department as well, the batteries were replaced and I was on my way. The following day, we left on a 1600 mile round trip (half of it towing a 9,000 lb travel trailer, and the truck's performance exceeded my expectations. Thanks again, and I know that I'll be a Wiesner customer for a long, long time-- both for service and when we need new vehicles. More

Fantastic experience at Wiesner I stopped in to Wiesner GMC Buick to look at the Yukon and met Mason Webster, who was so helpful, friendly and easy to work with. He immediately pulled a Yukon XL up for me to drive home so my sick wife could see it and go for a ride to be sure she liked it as much as I did. Missy Wagner also helped me the next day when Mason wasn't in, and between the two of them, I literally had the best purchasing experience of my 63 year life!! Wiesner made every aspect of buying our new Yukon XL Denali a good one. Wiesner gave us good value on our trade-in, allowed me to take home 3 different Yukons for us to test, and be sure of what we wanted (i.e. 2WD vs 4WD), and gave us a good deal on the new Yukon we purchased. Dreading the usual endless time it usually takes to close the deal and sign the paperwork, I was delighted when I was done before they could get the car detailed and ready for me ... literally the fastest closing I've experienced. No pressure from the sales people (Mason and Missy), no pressure from the finance person to purchase the typical extended warranties/add-ons, simply professional, knowledgeable, friendly people who did their jobs well, made the entire experience easy and convenient, and made us very glad we bought our new Yukon XL Denali from Wiesner.
