A quick, painless car purchase experience! My wife and I went to the Houston Auto Show recently to compare various pickup manufacturers. Our favorite was the GMC Sierra 1500 XLT 4WD Double Cab. That evening we worked through the CarPro website we obtained our VIP certificate for Weisner GMC. Promptly the next morning Laura Gooch called us to review the particulars of what we wanted. Within an hour Laura e-mailed us a detailed description along with a costs and discounts. we followed up with a phone call and agreed to come and look at the truck after lunch. We were pleasantly surprised not to be subjected to hard sales pitch. When we arrived, Laura had a lot of the paper work done and we had a agreed deal very quickly. It was truly a overall great experience. Laura did a great job and it just goes to show you don't have to be pushy to sell a vehicle. Gregg Petty was very helpful and polite getting the bed liner, bed cover and front window tinting set up. Dealership was very clean including the rest rooms! More

Terrible service department This dealership has the worst customer service department that I have ever dealt with. I have a bumper to bumper warranty, but I can't get an appointm This dealership has the worst customer service department that I have ever dealt with. I have a bumper to bumper warranty, but I can't get an appointment because they won't call me back. I have left multiple message for the service manager Ronnie and no reply. I even spoke with the general manager Terry Hatfield and after telling me he would look into it he now won't call me back after leaving multiple messages. Do not buy a car from these guys if you ever want it serviced. More
