He told me “I have to pull the parts pluck them up around 1 o’clock today I will have them at will call” I arrived at the dealership right at 1 o’clock just to find that they closed at noon. I understand if you don’t want to do your job, but don’t lie to a customer. Especially a shop, I won’t be buying anything from them anymore for sure! More
Be very careful and read ALL deals' pricing at the bottom. They are adding $2500 in Equipment for ad pricing, which costs about $300 in honest pricing. Deceptive Advertising Alert: Similar to observations made by others, this company advertises cars at attractive prices. However, upon inquiry, the advertised vehicles are mysteriously unavailable. This discr by others, this company advertises cars at attractive prices. However, upon inquiry, the advertised vehicles are mysteriously unavailable. This discrepancy was noted even after viewing the advertisement on a Sunday—a day the dealership is closed, indicating no possible sales could have occurred. This situation strongly suggests deceptive marketing practices, which are in violation of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act. The screenshot clearly shows the car VIN, Model and everything including the Price, but when contacted, the car was sold on Sunday (even though they are closed). More
Stay away from Wiesner Buck-GMC and Pre-Ownes salesman Greg Spillers. We had an agreement over text message that he would show me the trade-in invoice for a truck I was interested in buying. Once I showed Greg Spillers. We had an agreement over text message that he would show me the trade-in invoice for a truck I was interested in buying. Once I showed up, he would not show the invoice and also tried to play games. The truck was listed online at $52,499, he writes me up this offer for $53,499 and then says we are discounting the truck $1K, we are now at $52,499. I told him that this was the price listed online and that they are not discounting anything. He didnt seem to care and I told him they were playing games. I have the test messages to prove where he agreed to show invoice if I came in and he didnt!!! Liar and no integrity. More
The dealership was professional and clean in appearance. Despite this I couldn’t help but get the underlying feeling that they were more concerned with making the most money possible out of their deals th Despite this I couldn’t help but get the underlying feeling that they were more concerned with making the most money possible out of their deals then there were the customers. They squeezed as much money as they could make for everyone into the financing offered. Then they demanded more of a cash deposit to squeeze out even more money. They like to prey upon people that are living in hardships so they are able to prop themselves up a little higher. I am a disabled veteran, single parent, and disabled. I have terrible credit due to a divorce after the death of my son. 2016 Chevy Traverse was KBB at trade max value $15,589, Private seller $17,738.00 The dealership listing $18,799.00. Selling price from dealerships $2509.00 requiring an additional $780 for Gap insurance to cover their overpriced vehicle. Total $25789.00 tax title and license. I have to pay $4000 cash upfront. The top price of a Chevy Traverse in 2016 was $32,735 a $6950 dollar difference 7 years later. I am paying for a used vehicle what I could have paid new 7 years ago. Plus financing for a retired Marine with guaranteed pay was treated as I guaranteed because I receive paper checks 23% interests. Six years from now when the loan is paid a disabled Marine will have paid $44902.48. This is from a Dealership in honor of John Wiesner. A legacy for his Grandchildren Falon Wiesner-Jones, Lauren Wiesner-Blackmon, and Jon Scott Wiesner. I don’t understand the world we live in which preys on those less fortunate but I am a single parent of four in need of a vehicle for me children. More
Do not buy a vehicle from these guys, I will never give these guys another dime of my money or a minute of my time. You will be taken advantage of and unappreciated, even after spending 90K.. Last week these guys another dime of my money or a minute of my time. You will be taken advantage of and unappreciated, even after spending 90K.. Last week I got the opportunity to go through my first car buying experience, and Wiesner GMC management made it the worst possible experience I could have imagined and stole any sort of excitement I could have had purchasing my first vehicle. I need to share my story to encourage anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle through this dealership to look elsewhere. I have never felt more used, unappreciated, and taken advantage of as a customer. I recently put a deposit on a beautiful new 2023 Yukon AT4 thanks to the help of a wonderful employee Grisel, well knowing that the dealership was not able to give me an exact arrival date within two weeks and happily agreed. I live in Corpus Christi TX, so roughly 4 hours from where the dealership is located, so I had planned to come up the soonest weekend I could purchase the vehicle upon arrival. Well the vehicle arrived on memorial day Monday (yay!) where Grisel called and told me once service dept was back, they could check in the vehicle and I told her and her boss I would be there on Friday to pick it up so I didn't have to take time off of work. The following afternoon, she calls me in a panic that her boss is threatening that if I don’t pick up the vehicle in 24 hours, I would lose my deposit and they would sell it first come first serve. So, I drop work, pay for a hotel, take vacation hours, get babysitters, cancel meetings and appts to get my butt to Conroe so this guy can meet his end of month quota for vehicle sales and not lose my vehicle I’ve already spent money on. Anyone else in the market for one of these vehicles knows how difficult they are to come by, or how long of a wait for them to finally show up. But management at this dealership had known for weeks about my deposit and gave me less than 24 hours to know that I had 24 hour to pickup the vehicle. This information was never mentioned the 2.5 weeks I waited for the car, this was just something management decided to do the day because it was end of month. Putting a 24 hour pickup on a vehicle that they are not able to give an exact date and time of arrival and nulling my deposit is a blatant disrespect for peoples time and money. This guy could care less about customers. The only reason I continued was because of Grisel and her team there, who deserve better than this guy. Management on the other hand, gave no concern about my happiness or experience when I approached them and demanded an explanation at the dealership. They also made no effort to make it right and compensate me for my time to help him hit his end of month sale commission and stole my experience of purchasing a 90K vehicle because I had to be on the road to make up for all the meetings and events, I rescheduled to get up there. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MANAGEMENT HERE. I've never felt so bullied and taken advantage of, this is an embarrassment to GMC, Wiesner, and a way to do business. More

The female was on the phone and never acknowledged my presence. The gentleman was doing some paperwork and also never acknowledged my presence. So I asked him if I can get an oil change. He gave me a very rude yes and looked like I was annoying him. Then he walked away and never returned. Finally after 15 minutes another female advisor walked up and asked me have I been helped. She was very pleasant, but informed me that they were booked up and could accommodate me today. So I had to try to make it to another dealership. If that rude gentleman had informed me of the originally I would not have been rushed to make it to another dealership. More
We found a used truck for sale there. My husband settled on the price and was on his way to pick it up after all day of sending information and they sold the truck out from under him.
