I recently bought a BMW M3 from Wide World BMW. Lenny was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning of the deal until the end! Early on in the process, I exchanged several text messages, emails, and phone conversations with Lenny during all hours of the day and night and he was ALWAYS available and extremely responsive. He was off on my day of the purchase but he especially came in to see me and made sure everything went smoothly. All the paperwork was in order. The car was detailed and had a full tank of gas. The license plate was attached and I was ready to roll. The whole process was seamless. I would definitely buy my next car from Wide World BMW, especially from Lenny. Manny Saint Louis was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. Very soft touch in his approach, funny, and really made you feel like he was family and not out to take your money. Our salesman, Terrence Holmes, worked overtime to insure our complete satisfaction and total understanding of every option available to us when selecting our new car. I had a multitude of questions which were completely answered with a smile and a friendly explanation. If we were not clear on an option, Terrence actually took us to an available car in the showroom or lot to make the concept even clearer. When I called or sent him an email, my correspondence was quickly acknowledged. Terrence did not exert pressure on us like many sales people, but rather presented the information and then let us decide which model and the options we preferred to purchase. He explained the benefits of having specific options and then left the final decision up to us. Terrence's patience, dedication, professionalism, and positive, friendly attitude certainly makes him an asset to the dealership. My wife and i had a wonderful experience at wide world. After a month of visiting dealerships in 3 states (ny, nj, pa) we were tired of the process, especialy the salesmen. All were men and most were stuck After a month of visiting dealerships in 3 states (ny, nj, pa) we were tired of the process, especialy the salesmen. All were men and most were stuck in the fifties, talking to me when it was my wife who asked the questions, telling her that she really didn't want things she was looking for, giving b.s. information (looking at you mahwah ford). Manny from wide world was the complete opposite. First off, he spoke to the person who asked the question. Simple, but noticable. He answered everything with measured responses: this is the feature, this is how you activate the feature, this is what it will do, but this is what it won't do (no over stating benefits). And on the few times that he didn't know something, we actually received a simple 'I don't know, but I will find out and I'll go find out/call you back. He took us for a test ride, accompanied my wife to our mechanic, worked with the service dept to correct a couple of minor things before we picked up the car, etc. Kept us up to date throughout the process (even to touch base at the end of the day to tell us that there was no update on a certain issue so that we didn't think it fell through the cracks. Wonderful salesman and terrific personality. And as we are pulling out, all paid for and done, here comes Fabio running over to us to tell us about a pair of headphones he noticed in the office that may go with the tv's in the X3. 5 minutes later, here he comes with the great headphones! Great team. More
