This time my Client Representative was Joe Segreti. ALthough I had set high standards for Wide World service, Joe was exceptional. He has been an auto sales professional for several decades and knows the BMW line very well. Moreover he has an engaging style and was able to help us determine the right BMW model to meet out needs and get us the best deal on a new lease. But that wasn't the end.
