Had a very nice experience looking for a used 3-series. Manny was pleasant and easygoing, no stressful pressure at all. He also explained how to use most of the features before I drove out of the lot, and also helped me program my navigation so I could get home. Tom handled the payment and paperwork, I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Overall, a good experience especially when it comes to making such a large purchase that could potentially be overwhelming. I purchased additional warranty on this vehicle as it was not "certified pre-owned"...something to consider if you're in the market for a used vehicle. For those of you buyers looking for an easy, friendly experience, this would be a good dealership to visit. More

I'd been in the market for a SUV for a few weeks and was having a hard time making up my mind. I went to a few dealerships around the area and nothing worked out. I went to Wide World on a Saturday to meet with Manny for a test drive, 30 minutes later I was signing a loan application for a CPO BMW X5. Manny made me feel wanted and important as a client. I don't ask for much as a customer only friendliness and honesty and I think I got that with Manny and Wide World BMW. I would and definitely will recommend Wide World to my friends and family. My wife was looking for a BMW X5. We went to our closest dealer and test drove it. Discussed pricing with the salesperson and wasn't willing to pay their asking price. Decided to email quote requests to multiple dealers. Some replied immediately and followed up quickly, some didn't until days later. Brionne replied very quickly, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. His price was very competitive. A day later the deal was done and we processed the credit paperwork. Brionne got us the X5 and we drove over to pick it up on the weekend. We arrived at the dealership, signed the final paperwork and drove away with the new X5. Simple, painless and very efficient. Brionne was AMAZING to work with. He actually spent time showing my wife how to use the navigation, going over the many functions of the X5 and even programmed the bluetooth to her phone. To be honest, this has been my first and only positive car buying experience... and I've bought many new cars since 1986!! I highly recommend Brionne and Wide World BMW! More
