He really cares and listens to my needs just about two weeks ago I spoke with Joe and told him I was looking for a car for my daughter. I had a certain budget that I didn't want to go over. I have to say as hard as Joe worked to find my car within my budget I felt like he was working for me and me only. Just when I thought things weren't looking too good,thats when Joe called me and said he has found a car for me. I just picked it up yesterday and my daughter couldn't believe it was the car of her dreams. That is Just one story of so many great experiences I've had with Joe. I have been dealing with Joe since 1998 He is the reason I keep going back to Wide World. I also would like to mention that customer service at this dealership is Bar None. Thank You Robert More
I just purchased a 2013 BMW 535 xi m sports package. I have had my previous BMW 330 xi for the last 12 years. I wasn't sure if I was going to get a new car or not because my current car works excellent. m have had my previous BMW 330 xi for the last 12 years. He was so kind and answered all of our questions and was willing to work with us in every way possible so we can receive the best deal and I felt so great walking out with my new car. This is the BMW dealership to go to. I have been to the one in midtown manhattan and in other places and they don't want to budge on anything it's more of a take it or leave it deal which leaves you with a yucky feeling in your stomach. I highly recommend wide world BMW in spring valley but better yet ask for Alan he makes your car expense very memorable and by far the best customer service ever. The best part is that he doesn't push you in any direction. He informs you on any questions you may have and he takes his time. He doesn't try to rush you in any way. My wife and I leased a 2014 Z4 which we special ordered in May and took delivery the end of July. Alan is a true professional who made leasing a new can a pleasure which is what is what leasing a new car should be. The great service did not end after signing the sales contract, but continued while we were waiting for the car, during deliver and even after delivery. Yes, Alan has called us several time to see if we had and questions and if we were enjoying the car. When we went to pick up the car it was ready to go with a full tank of gas and Alan spent over an hour going over all of the features. He even paired our phones and downloaded our address books. In addition to having a great client advisor, World Wide BMW has a state of the art showroom and service center which if we lived closer I am sure would use for service. I highly recommend Alan and World Wide BMW and know that I will be back when it come time for my next car. More
I leased my first BMW from a dealer in another state 3 years ago, and after sampling various dealer service departments closer to home I quickly settled on Wide World BMW. Whether it was Steven Karasek or Suzanne Leale or anyone else in the service dept for that matter they always did their best to accommodate me and my schedule with or without an appointment. The word "no" does not seem to exist is their vocabulary, except as in the phrase "no problem", so when it came time to return that car and lease another it was almost a foregone conclusion I would do it through Wide World. Still, I did my due diligence and shopped the car and configuration I wanted with several area dealers before talking to Wide World. When I met with Alan Himmelfarb he listened carefully to what I was looking for, went to consult with management, and came back with a lease deal structured exactly the way I wanted and at a price no other dealer could touch. And he did it all with absolutely NO haggling and without pressuring me for the other dealer's offers. It was a great price, there was no pressure, and I accepted on the spot. The car is fantastic.
