It was then that I started to look around and contacted several dealers. Darlene was first to respond and provide numbers. Actually the price she shared was the best and when she improved on it even more, there was no other reason to go elsewhere. All throughout the process as I kept revising the option list and going back and forth on the packages she was very patient and understanding. The whole buying experience was concluded in 2 visits, 1 to make a downpayment and the second to pick the car up. Bottom line: She's a straight-shooter and will work with you to get the car you want at the price you're comfortable with.
