I have been bringing my BMWs to Wide World BMW for many years and do so because they are great to work with. All work gets done as needed and promised and on-time. By pure luck in 2011, I purchased my last X5 at Wide World and had serviced my truck there throughout my lease and they have always been outstanding. As I was coming close to the end of my lease I wante World and had serviced my truck there throughout my lease and they have always been outstanding. As I was coming close to the end of my lease I wanted to get into another X5 but there were some variables i had that needed to be factored in. I went to a few other dealerships just to "see" but no one was able to come to close to what Alan & Brian did for me at Wide World. They took all the factors i had into consideration, they knew the criteria that was important to me with regards to a new vehicle. They did not have an X5 on the premis to suit my needs but within a few days they found a vehicle that had everything that was important to me and MORE! As they promised, the vehicle was there within a few days. Alan was a pleasure to work in terms of preparing the paperwork in advance, contacting my insurance company and answering all of my questions. He sat in the vehicle with me the day I picked up to make sure i was comfortable with how all of the additional features worked. I work in retail and it is nice to see that they are extremely customer service oriented and did everything they could to retain me as a repeat Wide World Customer. I would recommened to anyone looking to purchase a BMW to absolutely go to Wide World. Brian & Alan were truly a pleasure to work with and I am thrilled with my new X5! More
