Anthony was extremely helpful and accommodating in putting together a deal I could work with. He listened to my needs, and found a way to meet them. But where he really shined was when I had an issue with BMW Financial on the return of my previous car - after I had taken possession of my new car. I received a bill from BMW Financial for a crazy amount of wear and tear on a car that was truly mint with mileage far below what I contracted for. Needless to say, my raves do not extend to BMW Financial. When I came to Anthony with my invoice, he immediately got BMW Financial on the phone and went to bat for me. He stuck with it for over 45 minutes, constantly arguing on my behalf and eventually securing a compromise I could live with. I frankly did not know what to expect from Anthony, let alone what he could accomplish, and so was more than pleased with the outcome. I feel this was service well beyond the norm, and he should be commended for this. I am personally very grateful. More
