We came back the next business day to pick up the car and he had it cleaned and ready to go. There was a problem with getting the sign off from our financial company and he pressed them hard to get me out of there, and back to work. He kept me occupied while I waiting also. Ned was also great when I was signing off the financial paperwork. It was a wonderful experience all around and I got a great deal on the exact car I wanted. Manny is patient, knowledgable, fair, respectful and what I feel to be honest in a business where sales guys sometimes have a bad reputation. He also has a positive "can-do" attitude; I wanted to go home in the car I purchased yesterday and both he AND the finance director (Ned Goldstein) stayed an HOUR after the dealership closed just so I could go home with my car. They have excellent communication, which is extremely important to me and they are also great about providing alternate means of transportation, including drop-off and pick-up service. Sometimes, if they finish before they expected, they'll drop the car off to me, which is so convenient. Of all the service centers I've been to, including Life Quality BMW in Brooklyn, Wide World far surpassed in communication, courtesy, respect and professionalism. I also made my latest lease purchase with Will Gallagher, who did his best to get me the best deal. Suzanne Leale is extremely respectful and helpful, and I plan to always come here for all my BMW needs and you should to! If you find that you ever have a complaint with them, just take a visit to Life Quality and you'll be sorry you every left them. More

Great service I called with a flat run flat tire and was told that as long as I got there at least 1 hour before closing that they would be able to service me.....a I called with a flat run flat tire and was told that as long as I got there at least 1 hour before closing that they would be able to service me.....all the other BMW dealers that I called including my own locally ( Hudson valley BMW) didn't even have the tire in stock...anyway it wound up being a punctured tire and cracked rim and they had both in stock......how lucky was that....or was it even luck or great parts management .......anyway I was still out in an hour with a new rim and tire , plus a great car wash.......awesome job guys..........thumbs up to Steve Karaseck........he delivered as promised....................many thanks guys......Ray Cotto More
