A refreshing car buying experience OK, I'll admit it -- I was dreading the process of buying another vehicle. It is never a fun process, usually both the dealer and purchaser don't enjo OK, I'll admit it -- I was dreading the process of buying another vehicle. It is never a fun process, usually both the dealer and purchaser don't enjoy it, and you never know if you are really getting a good deal other than comparing your price against a grouping of comparable vehicles. Technology has helped a lot, but overall it's been a pain. That was not the case at World Wide BMW! First let me give a quick history - I found a BMW X6 online that matched what I was looking for in regards to mileage, colors and options. I then cold-called World Wide BMW to talk to someone in sales. I wasn't sure who I would end up talking to, but fortunately I was put through to Euna Wilson. When I first talked with Euna, she was very friendly and professional, very respectful and accommodating. That alone was refreshing. I asked her about the vehicle and she gave specifics on it. With that in mind, I made an appointment that same day to drive down and check out the car. It only got better from there -- while I unfortunately got stuck in traffic, Euna was patient and was fully prepared for my arrival -- Carfax report was printed out, a vehicle history was printed out, and all the details on the vehicle (specific options, service history, etc) was all prepared. Everything that I thought I was going to ask for was already done. It was a nice touch and very much appreciated. We went for a quick test drive and then we began to talk price. Euna was kind enough to ask Financing about BMW Extended Service contracts, and we then began to negotiate on the price of the X6. Euna came back with a counter to my offer, and then said, "Why don't you just chat with George our sales manager?" Sounds great to me - George was kind enough to stop over to Euna's desk, and we negotiated a deal right there without any huge pressures. Both Euna and George were direct, respectful, and most importantly professional and courteous. It is those kind of things that really make the car buying process easier. We shook hands and I pick up the car later this week. Euna will be kind enough to pick me up at the nearby train station to help me pick up my vehicle. How is that for service? Very much appreciated Euna! The finance folks have also been great so far - fast, efficient and hassle-free. This has been a real refreshing car-buying experience for me -- so I thank all the folks at World Wide BMW for their professionalism, courtesy and respect. This wasn't an inexpensive purchase (for me at least), and they made the process 200% better than I was expecting. Thank you and I will definitely keep you all in mind for future purchase (including friends and family). More

I have purchased the last nine from the same salesman, Joe Segreti which is remarkable to be able to deal with the same salesman for that long of a period at one dealership. Every purchase has been effortless without any issues. My new car was ready when promised and I was in and out of the dealership within hour. I highly recommend the Joe and then entire dealership. Just drove my 1st BMW - Moon Hasan was excellent!!! I bought a pre-owned certified BMW 328xi. Since I teach in the Bronx near Yankee Stadium I had my doubts about driving such a beautiful car to the Bronx, but after driving the car and working with Moon, he changed my mind. I did take out an additional warranty for peace of mind. Moon was courteous, patient, professional, and obviously convincing since I did buy the car. I drove a Subaru legacy for 6 years and am looking forward to a safe, comfortable, enjoyable ride in my Beamer!!! I hope anyone thinking about buying a BMW goes to Moon Hasan.
