Salesperson - OK Finance guy - Terrible There are more honest dealers out there and I would go there - The salesperson Ricardo was good (if not a little too keen) to close the deal but overa There are more honest dealers out there and I would go there - The salesperson Ricardo was good (if not a little too keen) to close the deal but overall no issues with him. The issue comes with the finance guys who try to hard sell you extra's that you don't need - Try to tell you that the car includes no servicing when it does and then apparently slipped in a credit card application in with the lease docs. Found out the hard way when an unwanted credit card appears and you are left fighting with everyone to get the card off your credit history. Wells Fargo 2.0! Reported to management who didn't care in the slightest and just wanted to get me off the phone. More

Unhelpful finance I found this dealer through the USAA car buying service. Let me say 1st that my salesman, John Kaya was terrific. He's very personable and helpful, I found this dealer through the USAA car buying service. Let me say 1st that my salesman, John Kaya was terrific. He's very personable and helpful, and clearly cares about his customers. My experience with the finance department was not so good. After spending a couple enjoyable hours with John test driving, talks about the car, working t the deal, insurance, etc. I was told by the finance people that electronic financing was not acceptable and without cash in hand in the form of a cashiers check for the total amount of th car, they wouldn't allow me to take the vehicle that day. Outrageous since they participate in USAA's car buying service, but wouldn't accept USAA financing as valid payment (they wanted to wait up to 3 days for USAA to actually deposit the money with them before they would let me take my new car). I'm told this issue has since been resolved, but that's no help to my experience. John hung in there though, and agreed to deliver the car to me personally once the financing issue was resolved, which he did. As good as his word. I emailed direct to the general manager and used car manager from the links on their website and never received any reply. John's a good guy....wish he worked for a better dealer. More
