Well, I have to say, I had the opposite experience. George Popa was helpful, friendly, funny, and honest. He guided me through my first car buying experience with great care. He picked me up from Manhattan (roughly 55 minutes away) because taking public transit would be too difficult, and he offered to drive me back if for some reason I didn't purchase a car. He was very easy to make small talk with; and he didn't once try to sell me on the car. In fact, he was honest about BMW and other manufacturers along the car ride. Once at the dealer, I could see him running between buildings and amongst people to get me moving as fast as I could. Overall great experience. Ask for George when you go there. You won't regret it. More

Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership and more specifically George. I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership to make my purchase and in my opinion, you probably won't find a better place to buy. More

I had looked at a few dealerships and saw a car on Wide World's website that had the mileage and color combo I was looking for. I sent an inquiry and George contacted me immediately. We discussed the car and he let me know what the deal would be over the phone. I scheduled and appointment to see him on Sat AM, took the car for spin, loved the car, sat down to do the deal and it was exactly as he explained over the phone. Drove home with my new car that day! Price agreed, yet still no deal? I settled on a particular BMW model while browsing the online inventory of WW of BMW. Filled out an e-price/inquiry and within hours I promptly hear b I settled on a particular BMW model while browsing the online inventory of WW of BMW. Filled out an e-price/inquiry and within hours I promptly hear back from Emmanuel (Manny). We agreed to meet at set time and date and I make the 30min trek from NJ to NY to see the car. We go out for a test drive, he's keeping me engaged on the cars features, equipment etc. We get back to the office, go over carfax, service records etc. I express my concerns about the car with Manny, notably the small dent that I'd like repaired and large gap in mileage, actual vs. listed. But I decide to make an offer with the repair as part of the agreement. The offer was rejected and countered with "lowest possible offer" which was just a few hundred dollars off the list price. I countered with an offer that was slightly lower in order to account for the small dent and other variables. Once the second offer was rejected, I decide to take the "lowest possible offer" on the table with the promise that the dent would be repaired. Manny goes back in to speak with the financier, but I noticed from a distance that he's not giving Manny the time or day. In fact I noticed he's been either missing or on the phone during this whole transaction. At one point he even raises his voice at Manny about being back in his office. Now this isn't my first time at a dealership so I know after 2 or 3 offers, the finance guy comes out introduces himself and tells you he has no more room, but this never occurred. In fact the only reason i think the manager/finance guy at this dealership was Fabio Gomez, is because there are staff photos on the dealership website, and he is the manager at the CPO (hope I put 2 and 2 together correctly). In the end we come to an agreement on price but the manger essentially refuses to let Manny finialize the deal. As tension set in I relayed to Manny that I had a similar experience at BMW of Morristown and that I'd prefer to avoid altogether. Going to be hard to stick with BMW now after yet another terrible experience. More
