Alan is an experienced sales person who made the entire job of returning my old BMW and leasing and ordering a new seamless. The dealership manager worked closing with Alan and myself and BRAVO- 10 weeks later my new car arrived for pick-up! If you haven't gone to World Wide, I recommend it. We were able to get a better price for my vehicle using at first the USAA discount rate, but ultimately Alan asked if we worked for a large corporation-UREAKA! An even larger discount rate! This is our third transaction with BMW World Wide, and Alan Himmelfarb, excellent service ! More
