He nicely explained to me pros and cons of having the car CPOed. So I agreed to get the car CPOed for additional $1500+ , so i could get the warranty and the low interest rate. Gave my down payment the same day, But i was told it will take several days for the CPO process. A week later i was told the car is ready so i came back to the dealer. Checked out the car but it didn't look like it was detailed. When one of the managers asked how everything was. I pointed out that the car was not detailed and he told my rep to take the car back to get it detailed. Then i went to meet the finance guy, it was typical experience, offered me some warranty and protection packages which I declined. Conclusion is, this is probably one of the best dealer I've been to, comparing to my previous experiences with non luxury dealers. At the same time since it's a luxury dealer I was expecting more. How could they have earned my 5 stars and loyalty? 1) My CPOed car tires were minimum tread depth if they've thrown in a new set of tires or something above the minimum tread depth, I'd be happy 2) Car should have been detailed, i shouldnt have to asked for that More

Never have I been treated so rudely and made to feel like the dealership was doing me a favor for buying a car from them. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are many fantastic BMW dealers out there who know why they are in business -- to meet client needs. The Business Manager experience was awful. I was told an outright lie regarding BMWFS procedures. In this day and age where information is so readily available, it boggles the mind that a professional organization would allow such practices to continue. It's a shame that BMW allows the Brand to suffer from such poor behavior. Buyer Beware! More
