Go there for George George was our salesman. I didn't are much for his manager at the dealership.......... If not for George I very well could have ended up a of a bad c George was our salesman. George Popa The only salesman i would deal with again!!!!! George was a breathe of fresh air. We all dread going into dealerships and dealing with the typical salesman. He was easy to contact and responded quickly when he wasn't available to speak on the phone. We picked up the car and all that he had promised was accomplished. I definitely would encourage everyone to see George in used car sales at WW BMW. Also John the manager at used car sales was a pleasure to deal with. He took time to listen to my concerns and tried to accommodate as best he could. All around it was a great experience. More

He answered all my questions and followed up with me when I asked him to.Of course he wanted me to buy the car that day, but understood and respect me when I said Iam not sure, if he will be pushy sales person he will make me to walk the other direction but he was not!I felt like he was honest and worked to get me the best deal possible. I would recommend and actually already have recommended George to friends that would consider purchasing a BMW.I got beautiful 4 series convertible, this was my second car bought thru the years at Wide World BMW.This was by far the best buying experience that I have ever had and will certainlybbe back to purchase another wehicle when that times comes. George P. I can not begin to say how good George P. is not only as a sales person but as an ethical human being, he treated me as family more than a customer. My Range Rover was delivered to me and we ran into some issues with getting it registered and on the road, George did all that he could to keep me in the loop and was very transparent. As for the assistant managers John S. And Al L., worst customer ever, they were very rude at times as well as didn't follow through on the current status of the vehicle registration issue. One part of a managers duty is to assist with complaints and make it right. Because of them I had to notify my family's attorney. The SUV stayed parked in my driveway for 7 days because I could not drive it. I finally spoke to the assistant sales manager Brian who immediately took care of the situation. Brian had no knowledge of what was going on. This issue could have been resolved sooner had they made Brian aware. Thank you Brian. And a special thank you to George P. George and Brian are the only reason I would recommend this company to purchase a car. More

After just a few minutes it was obvious that he is just an honest, kind and down to earth human being. He went out of his way to expedite the purchasing process and when I couldn't leave with the vehicle because I had no one to drive the car I had arrived to the dealership in, he personally drove 1.5 hrs to Brooklyn the next day to hand deliver my purchase! I've been a BMW customer since 2005 and even though there are closer dealerships to where I live I will return to Wide World BMW. More
