I purchased a 2011 BMW X5. One promise that was made before purchase was the fan speed button would be fixed, because it was cracked and worn out. I was told that the button was on back order and will b before purchase was the fan speed button would be fixed, because it was cracked and worn out. I was told that the button was on back order and will be replaced after pickup. Well 3 weeks go by and our salesman will not retire our calls. As I keep calling and speak to manager after manager with them telling me that they will call me back once they figure things out 3 months go buy. These people so far have lied multiple times and have shown poor customer service. I will be purchasing another BMW this year but it will not be through Wide World. More
