Terrible I drove from New Jersey to NYC to look a vehicle , after a local test drive everything seems to be fine and finalized the purchase. On the drive back to New Jersey there was this terrible noise on the passenger side fromt of the vehicle and was found to have a bad wheel bearing. I called my Salemen Michael Boden to have my concerns addressed. I scheduled a 12 appointment now it's 2:35pm and I'm being told I have to pay $1,200 for repairs after owning the vehicle for less then 24hrs. Beyond ridiculous having to be told it would be taken care of , then having to take the hour 1/2 drive right back. Waste of a day off. More

I then texted him over a course of 2 days asking him many questions about the jeep. He was very helpful and patient. When I got to the dealership George was honest and upfront, telling me he didn't know much about Jeeps since they are a BMW dealership. After test driving and coming down to paperwork he was very helpful and walked through paperwork making it simple. He made my first car buying experience a great one! Would highly recommend George P! thanks again! More
Good Used Car Deal....Great Used Car Salesman With all the dealerships we have done business with I have never seen a salesman work so hard. Since we were at the dealership for hours (that's another part of the story) we witnessed Michael Boden in action. Action is the perfect word because he never stopped working for a second. My husband and I appreciate hard workers. He is very knowledgable is and is not your typical salesperson. No pressure and he is a very kind genuine man. The only other employee that we had to deal with was the Finance guy (of course) who made a few too many assumptions prior to sitting with us and ignored my many requests early on before his xx spiel to answer my question. If he had, we would have saved valuable time and energy. I am not rating the FINANCE guy because he is clearly a bully and he is not worth any stars. I was not impressed with him as all he wanted to do was challenge and argue with us. Not a good approach to belittle customers. Turn off !!! He would definitely bring the rating down to zero if I were to include that experience. The only reason I gave the experience a THREE STAR was because of him. Based on the experience with Michael Boden, it would have been 5 star. More

Spur of the moment I had decided to check out some BMW's at this dealership as a spur of the moment thing. My girlfriend and I live about 45 minutes away, so with traffi I had decided to check out some BMW's at this dealership as a spur of the moment thing. My girlfriend and I live about 45 minutes away, so with traffic the drive was a little longer. We were annoyed with the traffic and construction on the Tappan Zee Bridge and semi tired from a long day(s) work. Upon arrival to Wide World BMW, we had encountered Michael Boden, he made our attitude better. He was honest, personable, and took the time to sit with us through our experience. He was able to negotiate a good deal for us and before I knew it, my spur of the moment browsing lead to a purchase. I also dealt with Will Gallagher. Although I only dealt with Will for a short period of time, he seemed like a genuine person and helped answer all my financial questions. More

I was a little uneasy having I recently had my BMW salvaged in a total loss claim, so I went back to the same dealership I bought my first 328i from. I was a little uneasy having to go through the process of getting a new car again, searching inventories, and finding what I liked. Though this process was made much easier once the salesman approached me for what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable, inquisitive, and after a little while of talking he knew what I was looking for, not what he wanted to sell me just to make a dollar. He was able to answer any questions I had and enlightened me on any offers or options that I had available. I felt I was being looked at as a person not a number and a dollar sign. He even gave me a hand when I was dealing with my insurance carrier. These encounters are what will bring me back to this dealership. More
