Spur of the moment I had decided to check out some BMW's at this dealership as a spur of the moment thing. My girlfriend and I live about 45 minutes away, so with traffic the drive was a little longer. We were annoyed with the traffic and construction on the Tappan Zee Bridge and semi tired from a long day(s) work. Upon arrival to Wide World BMW, we had encountered Michael Boden, he made our attitude better. He was honest, personable, and took the time to sit with us through our experience. He was able to negotiate a good deal for us and before I knew it, my spur of the moment browsing lead to a purchase. I also dealt with Will Gallagher. Although I only dealt with Will for a short period of time, he seemed like a genuine person and helped answer all my financial questions. More

I was a little uneasy having I recently had my BMW salvaged in a total loss claim, so I went back to the same dealership I bought my first 328i from. I was a little uneasy having to go through the process of getting a new car again, searching inventories, and finding what I liked. Though this process was made much easier once the salesman approached me for what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable, inquisitive, and after a little while of talking he knew what I was looking for, not what he wanted to sell me just to make a dollar. He was able to answer any questions I had and enlightened me on any offers or options that I had available. I felt I was being looked at as a person not a number and a dollar sign. He even gave me a hand when I was dealing with my insurance carrier. These encounters are what will bring me back to this dealership. More

Total scam artists… We turned in my sister’s lease early because it was over on miles. Brian Sorce offered us a similar car but we had to absorb some of the cost from th We turned in my sister’s lease early because it was over on miles. Brian Sorce offered us a similar car but we had to absorb some of the cost from the miles, which is fine. The cunning and deceitful part of this transaction is that they inspected the old car and they said that it is in good condition and that was it. Nobody made us signed off on anything in regards to the old car condition and the car was gone. Now in retrospect I realized that’s the scam to get us to accept their deal. Next thing we get is the letter from the BMW corporate wanting to charge us $2K+ for random things on the car which we could have fixed for a fraction of the cost!!!!!!!!! Now basically we need to deal with them in court and argue our case. Totally disgusting. Even now when I write this review I see many people we dealt with are gone….they must have huge employee turnover. I hope they close that chicken shack soon. More

I felt that I got honest, reliable answers to my questions, and never felt pressured to finalize a sale. When I couldn't get to the dealership to see a car that had just arrived, Maurice brought it to my home to view and to test drive. . Michael spent as much time as necessary to help me decide on a car and to tutor me on how to operate the various functions. The treatment after the sale was no different. Several days later, I returned for a one hour tutoring session with Tyler, the 'Genius' as he is called at BMW. The financial part of the deal which was conducted by the business manager, William Gallagher was very straightforward, with no surprises, and completed in a reasonably short period of time. I recommend them very highly. More
