Best sales rep-George I can tell you that George is best at his job. He was very polite ,very helpful and honest. Kinda weird that they won't give you your APR and monthly payment until you get insurance on vehicle ! George is only reason this deal was done.Unfortunately car had suspension issues the next day that I was not able to notice on test drive and dealership refused to look into it.I think it's not professional to sell a vehicle that has mechanical issues. You can get a good deal at the dealership just make sure you bring your mechanic or check everything carefully. And if you ever going to visit dealership you must ask for George Popa. As I mentioned above the best sales person I have ever seen. More

BMW M4 Purchase After blowing the engine in my last car I really needed to pick up something in a short period of time. I found a 2015 M4 w 17,000 miles and clean ca After blowing the engine in my last car I really needed to pick up something in a short period of time. I found a 2015 M4 w 17,000 miles and clean car fax advertised on autotrader as certified preowned. When I got to dealership I met George who I had spoken with briefly about the car before driving down. On first glance car looked clean. Immaculate interior, a few door dings but nothing unexpected for a preowned car. Then I noticed a scuff under left front bumper. After getting under the car, found significant scrapes completely through paint on both sides with rubber airdamming torn off completely and one bolt missing. Also car clearly had front bumper repainted (poorly) BEFORE damage was incurred undrneath. Also, I subsequently found out car was not CPO'd even tho it was advertised as such. Because it would be "to expensive to do." Obviously I was not too happy as car clearly had some sort of incident which in my mind is likely why it couldn't be CPO'd. Nevertheless, it was being offered significantly below market value by about $4000. They took $800 off that price since I would need to have bumper resprayed. I also requested to have car put on lift and front bumper and air ramming taken off so I could inspect intercoolers and radiators for damage which there was none. The actually charged me $165 to have it done!!!? At the end of the day it's a great car that needs just a little work and looks brand new inside and out. George really bent over backward to allow me to check the car out. I was a little dismayed that car was not quite what was represented online as well as the sales manager dismissing damage underneath as "just running up on parking curb" without even getting under car. Also charging me to have car thoroughly vetted was very poor tact. I shouldn't have had to do it in first place More

Great preowned salesman I came into view some of the preowned BMW 5 series. The salesman Michael B. was scheduled to assist me. He was nice and went to bat for me on negotiation especially since was a online mistake on the posting. We came to agreement on a price and he even gave me touch up paint to fix a scratch on the door. great communication and made the process of replacing my car that was totaled in an accident when it was parked. The smoothest car buying experience George was absolutely fantastic! We worked the whole deal over the phone, drove two hours from pa to pick up the car and would do it again in a heartb George was absolutely fantastic! There certified preowned was in showroom condition , when we got back from the test drive my paper work was already ready . The finance manager answerd all my questions and was extremely professional. Great experience all around .
