Ben even had the dealership hold the car for an extra week, while we were on vacation. When we arrived to take delivery of the car, Pete in the Finance Department had all of the paperwork in order and went through all of the our options. The vehicle walkthrough was perfect -- Ben customized all of the settings to our preferences. And they do the delivery and walkthrough in a covered garage, so you can stay warm in the winter which was I strongly recommend working with Ben and Wide World BMW More

This dealership not only committed fraud but refused to make it right except giving me a refund. Not even a free oil change. Karl said okay hand in old lease and last payments are included so instead of 770 a month 10k miles a year it jumped to 826 because 3 months owed was 1800/36 50 dollar difference im like okay cool. so now I got the 826 price instead of 770. and then Bmw finical sends me bill for last 2 months payments as I pid the other month very early in the month. so I owe them 1200 and then paying 50 a month for the same bill go figure. I was referred to this site by true car which had a price 4000 off with taxes everything included that what I went to this page the dealership is 30 miles away but also delivered I like okay. I can't drive there as my leg is injured and can't drive long distance. so I ask for paperwork on what we agreed on he send me sticker price like okayyyy. I asked again and again give me the agreement . never did I called geico got old car off put new vin once I got approved. finding manager a lady was rude I hung up on her because she was talking about numbers I never heard of she needs training in talking in general to people. so I was like I don't even need the car now but whatever when u want something u go and get it right. Karl calls me back says he will speak to manager and go with what we agreed on im like okay he says he will bring car Saturday. brought it like an hour late. An he says he says he never said he was including the lease end in the price yet he's said I will call u back to factor in 1800 into the price as I hung up im like that 50 more a month but hey he probably needs a calculator. the fact he can say he doesn't remember saying it makes me wish I can just buy everything online and never speak to someone. deceitful. also I did overpayment of s when I wrote the check cause I haven't wrote a check in years, its 2021 wire transfers or credit.i still don't get my money back 28 days later , I just got sent the lease agreement yesterday. now I have to pay Bmw 1200 on top of the 50 every month , and I guess they keeping my 500 dollars. no word reached out to sales manager and gm, salesperson just ignores me didn't even say thank you when I bought the car. u know how many people go into a dealership and walk out don't buy nothing. I made it beyond simple. I gave 1 star for myself for doing my research and salesperson job for him. I guarantee u he doesn't sell many cars and doesn't seem to know much about the cars as he tried to sell me a used Bmw 330 instead of the new m440 I was asking for because he couldn't find it in his inventory. (but I found it online) took him 4 tries gave him the vin and lot number didn't ask for no discount even tho site said 5000 off msrp, and knowing new 2022 4 series are coming in few months from when I bought it. Karl Rodriguez is the worst found him weird even if we spoke for like 5 minutes total but in those 5 minutes he was able to f it up. good job my guy. guy doesnt know about cars I had to hold his hand in the process , I was one call away from applying and just selling the car. myself. so if you to want ya credit ran twice even though u have 850 credit come here, want to get ignored after the sale come on down, want to get scolded for not buying. any. warranties step right up, be told that the agreed price isn't. what. you talked about and. leave u dumbfounded comet to wide world bmw in spring valley, bottom tier service, they wack, front like they dont got ya number, like sales person to bizzy. people lie ,a computer can't seat had a grease stain when delivered he didn't even have a floor mat when delivered. never put on front license plate got a few tickets , dunno why I gotta pay to get that done drill holes in it. no test drive, no nothing. maybe If I had another salesperson who knows, was an hour late to deliver like I got time to waste. Matt was great to work with but after the deal has been done it's been a nightmare. They low balled me on my trade and then are selling the car 12k over what they gave me even after I tried to negotiate. T done it's been a nightmare. They still have not given me my registration and its been two weeks going on three so I can't drive the car because it will get impounded. I had them replace factory parts prior to pick up and they did not include them in the car nor have they sent them to me as I requested. I'm a 100% disabled vet so now I am making payments on a car I can't drive and they just keep giving me excuses with no help. They also lied to me when they sold me the wheel warrant saying it would cover my aftermarket wheels and they would just replace them. After I bought it the information didn't seem right so I called the company and they said themselves I was lied to on the deal. So now I have a $65,000 paper weight sitting in my driveway. More
