Both transactions were smooth and painless, with NO SURPRISES at signing, which I can tell you from experience is not always the case. He worked tirelessly working up quotes for different vehicles with different packages. The car with exact specifications I wanted was located in PA and he personally went and picked it up and drove it back. When my lease was ending, he recommended i speak to Ricardo, one of the salesmen. Ricardo helped me every step of the way. He had suggested that i custom order the car because i wanted special features. I would have never considered this otherwise. This was definitely the way to go and ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run that I would have otherwise spent on features i did not want or need. He was always available whenever i had questions. He was even able to get me into the new car sooner than anticipated. Everything went smoothly on the day of pickup. Having had a horrible experience at BMW Edison with a finance manager, I was not looking forward to dealing with the finance manager at Wide World, but Joe was great! He made everything quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership not only for a new car, but service as well. More

Great Experience As most people are aware buying a car is no easy task, but when I walked into this dealership and first spoke with Haasan and afterwards Ricky they pr As most people are aware buying a car is no easy task, but when I walked into this dealership and first spoke with Haasan and afterwards Ricky they prioritized our needs first. I did not know what to expect as other dealerships have always tried to persuade me and try to push a vehicle on to me without giving me time to even breathe. At this dealership it was different they wanted us to know what we were getting into, no shades of grey just direct and honest and to me and my family this was the best feeling. Haasan was always looking out for us, trying to see what was the better option and what would be best for us which was a sense of comfort as we were not treated as consumers but as friends. Ricky was one of the most honest people I have met not only in car sales but in general a truly wonderful person who does not look for the dealership needs but the persons needs.
