John was very helpful from the moment I called to inquire on a car. Although we did not end up purchasing the car we saw online initially, we found us a much better one and we are very happy with our purchas on a car. Okay so this is my 9th car from them, and #15 in sales I have sent to them. That should say it all- but I will go on to explain why I haven't even bothered shopping around in the past 13 years: This is not have sent to them. That should say it all- but I will go on to explain why I haven't even bothered shopping around in the past 13 years: This is not a "highway store" type dealership. Every one from the sales dept, the repair dept and parts are there to help you the customer. They treat you like a friend the moment that you walk in. No stuffed shirts here. You can't help but to be a return customer every time you are in the market for a BMW. I have spoken to many people who have "shopped" prices and always end up driving away from that building in the car they want-exactly, no settling, and at a very fair price. The service dept is a no nonsense shop, and even as a paying customer (off warranty) you never feel pushed into services you don't want or need. Drive into the auto open garage doors and get attended to immediately. I am a typical fusspot with vehicles, I don't hold back if something's not right the first time. I highly recommend these guys over ANY dealer within 75 miles for BMW. Shop them your self and you will see why. More

Brain the Gener would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that ask's. The management and sales staff were professional and knowledgeable. Brain the General Sales Manager had me work with Michael Lafayette and he helped me through the entire process, he even called me a few days later to see if I had and issues with my new car. I felt completely comfortable at the dealership, they did not pressure me at all. More
My experience at Wide World BMW was great. Not only did Peter have a vast knowledge of the pricing but he put me in a car that I actually WANTED and some. He was very professional and went out of his way to meet the specific demands I had with regards to my budget. I did not feel like he was just trying to sell me a car and get me out. He listened attentively to my specific needs and worked to the best of his ability to meet what I personally wanted. More

I can NOT get over how attent I have given this dealership a strong rating due to how understanding they were with my demands, requests and wishes. I can NOT get over how attentive, detail oriented, friendly, caring and experienced the staff was in presenting my options when purchasing my NEW car. The finance manager was very accomodating, patient and understanding when breaking down my options and finding alternative options to make this purchase comfortable and justifyable. It gives me great pleasure to market and recommend Wide World BMW to my friends, co-workers and family for future sales. I work in the Luxury Hotel Business in midtown Manhattan so it was very sweet to feel sincere and genuine hospitality during the purchasing experience. I look forward to a long and loyal history NOT only with BMW but with Wide World Cars. Again, I would like to acknowledge Peter Rizkala (Director of Finance) for his patience, kindness and advice in going about this purchase. Thank you! Regards, More

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Certified pre-owned vehicle and 2 days into the new purchase I noticed the rear wheel was misaligned. I took it back. They fixed it but when I questioned how they missed this in the CPO inspection all they could do is apologize. The only thing they could offer me was to trade in my car for another one. While the original sales person, Billy was helpful this matter was really for the customer/sales manager Fabio Gomez. I spoke to him at great length and he offered very little. He didn't return my calls but of course spoke to me when I showed up at the dealership. Apologies only take you so far. In addition, in the middle of our conversation he left to supposedly check on something but actually was helping another new customer that was purchasing a vehicle. Very unprofessional. I paid more for a Certified Pre Owned car. Period. I paid for the assurance that a full inspection was done. They made a mistake and something was missed. I feel that I should have received some money or value back for what I paid for and didn't get. They missed an important piece in their inspection but offered nothing for my incovenience other than to detail the car or trade it in.Trade it in? Detail the car? Oh wait, car mats was also mentioned. These offers were insulting. I'm not the type of individual that constantly is looking for discounts and free stuff. Quite the opposite. I'm a professional and I am in awe that this BMW dealership cares so little. They wouldn't even offer an upgrade of one of the options they offer perhaps. Nothing. It's too bad. I plan to submit a complaint with BMW corporate. More

The salesman was also very honest about the price of the car and how much I would be paying. The prices of there pre owned cars was very reasonable compared to other BMW dealerships. When I am ready for another BMW, I will be going straight back to wide world BMW. More
I went in to look at the X6,get a brochure and I had a few questions. I looked @ the car for about 10 min. than went to the other side of the showroom to ask for the book and some help. About 3 sales peop few questions. I looked @ the car for about 10 min. than went to the other side of the showroom to ask for the book and some help. About 3 sales people sat @ a table talking. I had to ask for help (no one offered) and was told "I'll get you someone". Another 2 min. a saleswoman comes to help me, I asked her a few questions some she could answer but the main question I asked she didn't know. "Where is the hook for the carseat" I asked, "I don't know I'll ask the F&I manager he drives one and he has kids". Good answer, I was fine with that. But than he steps out of his office and says BMW has the anchor in the seat, and went back in his office. (1) If you have a carseat with a strap that goes over the seat it hooks to the back. (2) If I drive to BMW I know I'm not at the Ford dealership. So now I drive an ACURA ZDX and I love it! More
