Worked with me over phone and email to get best overall deal with trade in. When I got to dealership what he agreed to over phone was what he delivered, no hidden costs or extras. Ricky Wan the Business Manager was quick and efficient in getting all the ppwk signed and was very friendly and informative. Both Ricky and Billy stayed until 9pm on a Monday night to make sure everything was done right and at no point did I feel rushed. Will definitely do business again with Billy and Ricky. And will also recommend to colleagues and friends. More
We paid sticker price + tax + reg fees (no hidden fees) There are no hidden fees and also the sticker price doesn’t change even if you don’t finance with them which my husband and I appreciate. George Popa was our salesperson and he was very helpful. The only comment we have is they didn’t give us much discount. They offered non-monetary (service) discount instead but we’d rather have a cash discount. They wouldn’t budge at first but we did get a little cash discount after some pushing. Overall, it wasn’t stressful and we were able to take home our Certified pre-owned 2016 BMW X5 on the same day. It was all prepped and detailed. We’re very happy with our purchase! More

Our client advisor was Jerry Lim who gave us a very helpful introduction to the electronic features of the car. The following day he sent his colleague, Tyler Lawrence, to our residence to give us a more thorough description and further turorial on the new, rather complicated, elctronic features. We greatly appreciated the thoroughness with which both Jerry and Tyler approached the turtorials and their unfailing courtesy at all times. Tyler certainly deserves his title of "BMW Genius." He left us with his cell number and said that we could contact him with any additional questions. We have been purchasing our BMW's from Wide World for many years, and, as always, this experience was outstanding. More
Certified Pre-Owned I usually lease my cars but this was the first (Certified Pre-Owned) BMW that was a purchase. Horrendous “We won’t have a loaner for the next two weeks.” “Your car is ready, however, we don’t have a driver here to pick you up.” “Well you won’t be the fi “We won’t have a loaner for the next two weeks.” “Your car is ready, however, we don’t have a driver here to pick you up.” “Well you won’t be the first, we actually had a lady who had a tire blowout as she was headed to the airport and she had to take a cab because we didn’t have a driver to take her. As a valued customer of Wide World of BMW these aren’t remarks one wants to hear from a service member. Unfortunately, these are the very remarks I heard starting on May 14th when I called in a panic because I continued to hear a loud cranking sound coming from my car as I drove home from work. I called Wide World BMW explaining that I felt very anxious because not only was I hearing these loud pangs, but my car was ‘tugging’ me from time to time. I felt like it was being pulled. I also explained that the car would almost feel like it was at a standstill whenever I stopped at a traffic light. I said I thought it best that I went in that day even though I was given other suggestions due to the time of day. (I called after 5 but explained that it would take me over an hour due to the rate my car was going) I asked if I would be able to get a loaner. The answer was no as there were all out and the earliest one was expected back was approximately two weeks. I was greeted by the very friendly Matt when I finally arrived with my car. I was told within a few minutes that my axle needed to be replaced as it was broken. A driver was summoned to take me home. Days later, I received a call that my car was ready. I asked if a driver could be sent to pick me up but was surprised to hear no as there wasn’t one available. This was when I was told about the woman who had to take a cab to the airport. To spend all that money to get my car fixed, not given a loaner, then told, that I should spend more money on a cab is simply unacceptable. Fast forward, exactly one week ago I was left stranded on the road as my car literally stopped moving while driving to a co-worker’s memorial service. Scared would be an understatement. DSC and XDrive malfunction appeared on my screen. A few minutes later, Drivetrain malfunction appeared. Why wasn’t I told about these issues when my car was brought in two weeks prior? These are not issues that happen overnight. As a customer of Wide World BMW for over ten years, lately I have experienced some of the most horrendous customer service. With that said, my confidence in your company has been seriously shaken and I hope to hear from someone in management who can rectify some of these unresolved issues.
