Mr. Galette was very informative explaining many of the features of the car that I was not familiar with (this is my first BMW)and he helped me make the decision to buy the car. Mr. Ferley was responsive to my needs and answered all of my questions and even after I left the lot and had an additional inquiries, he continues to be very helpful.
