Best car buying experience I've ever had. I dread buying a new car, the games, the pressure, etc. My salesman, Alan Himmelfarb was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was pleasant, informative, low key, no nonsense kind of guy. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealer (particularly from Alan). This was my second new car from Wide World BMW. I purchased a 2009 535i xdrive about a month ago and I wanted to wait to give a review that would be fair and the newness of the car had worn off. I worked with Ferley and Manny but mostly Ferley. We had good communication by email when I had a question and his professionalism and speedy replies were a good sign. I originaaly went to test a 2007 550i (it's a rocket ship). I tested both and ended up with the 535i. It had an updated iDrive system, was still a rocket and all wheel drive which cinched the deal. It was an bit more expensive but so far well worth it. They worked hard to get my insurance and financing straight and I am quite happy. Ferley spent the better part of the day with me working to get me in the car that day. Ned in financing got me a good deal on the financing considering my credit in not top teir. I will update after my first service visit, but if it's like their sales and financing, I will have my dealership for future purchases. I didn't expected to be treated all well as I was at a full BMW dealership, but that was an assumption and I was proven wrong. Highly recommended. More
We have visited dealerships in NY and Florida, plus we also looked a Mercedes. This car we purchased today from World Wide BMW is our 7th or 8th BMW, we have lost count. He was not only pleasure to deal with, but also very aggressive on pricing and very responsive to my requests. I am very strict on price and no dealers can beat the offer by wide world. The delivery is about 3-4 weeks as they said, I got my new car yesterday and very happy about this purchase with the dealer. They did not bait or force me to buy any package. Anyway it is very pleasant purchase experience and will recommend the dealer to my Chinese friends. More
Called and spoke to fabio about a used 08 x5 that was advertized as certified,only to be told it was not.Price was good so after a few more phone conversations I decided to go down to see the vehicle.I w advertized as certified,only to be told it was not.Price was good so after a few more phone conversations I decided to go down to see the vehicle.I was helped by Manny who I must say was great to deal with.After seeing the vehicle I was very dissapointed vehicle was dusty on the outside and not washed interior had several scratches,navigation was not working,headrests were aftermarket and were completly loose, overall I was not happy with driving down 45 miles each way and paying for gas and tolls to see a vehicle that I expected to be in better shape from the description in the add and from what I was led to believe from my coversations with the sales associates.I have read many great reviews about this dealership on line and I just have to say unfortunatly mine was not one of them. More

I have been a long time BMW owner and have bought cars from multiple dealerships. My experience with this dealer Wide World BMW has been the most disappointing. Overall the relationship was friendly. from multiple dealerships. My experience with this dealer Wide World BMW has been the most disappointing. Overall the relationship was friendly. However, the follow up customer service was horrible. Below is the list of things that were truly disappointing: 1. Unclear information provided on what was needed in order to follow through with a transfer registration (state-to-state). I was only given a registration with tags that expired in 2weeks (usually this is 30days). During a follow up "courtesy" call from Bill, I specifically asked if I needed to take any action in order to get permanent tags and registration sent to me in my state. He specifically said "no" and that they would take care of everything. 2 days before my tags expired, I was told I needed to have the car inspected. I wasn't sure if this was a requirement which is why I asked in the initial conversation. I certainly could've gotten this done in a timely manner but was given faulty guidance. Now I cannot drive my car until this dealership processes my paperwork which could've been remedied earlier. 2. Bill (the salesman) promised that several items would be fixed on the car at the point of pick-up/delivery. None of the work he promised had been completed after 1 week. He apologized, but this is an example to their lack of follow through and comprehensive customer service. 3. I asked that the car be delivered to me via carrier. They had no idea how to do this. I was surprised that an auto dealer didn't know how to ship a car to a customer when "cars" is their daily business. They offered to have someone drive the car to me. A 3-hour drive with someone whom is not on my insurance to put this mileage on the vehicle. Although the dealer stated that their insurance would cover the driver, this was not my request and was not an acceptable offer. Although I offered to pay for carrier service via transporter, this was not carried through. I ended up having to go back to pick up the car. 4. A thorough inspection had not been completed on my car. It was supposed to be a "certified BMW" but while in the midst of a long-distance trip, I was surprised to find I not only had no windshield wiper fluid, but the hose was not even attached. On the side of the highway, I found out by pouring fluid into the windshield washer hose, and had it spill out over top of the engine. Talk about poor service......... I am definitely still a BMW lover, but I will NEVER buy from this dealer again. I suggest other customers look elsewhere also. More
Bought a used 335xi with them. The car was almost fully loaded, still had certified preowned warranty on it and was on a great price. Ferley was a really nice guy to work with.
