He made things s Last year while looking for a certified pre owned for my niece to take to college out of state, we lucked into Salesman Hassan Pires. He made things so quick, simple and easy, while not being one of those pushy dealers trying to put you into the priciest car on the lot. He told us to take our time and pick something we liked and he would work with us on the price if possible. Well he worked with us! I was very pleased and gave him a excellent rating. A year later I walked in there and he greeted me as if we were long lost family. My '03 F-150 Pickup still looked great, but was too outdated and the repairs were happening more frequent. He asked what I was looking for, and I gave him a few ideas, and he told me he had a few X5 's on the lot that I might like. We went over some of his inventory and he was able to find one in the color I wanted and with more options that even knew existed. Within a hour and a half we were filling out the paperwork and I was to pick up the car the next day. He told me he would set up an appointment with one of the finance guys, Ricky. Before he could get out Ricky's last name, I asked Ricky Wan? He laughed and said yes. He could see I was all smiles. I've dealt with Ricky before and he bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased. Ricky went over the numbers of my X5 and went over the extra packages available, and simplified and broke down the numbers well. Ricky laughed an told me, he'd see me in a couple of years to put me into something new. I don't doubt I'll be back. These guys are awesome. More

Wonderful Sales Experience We had an appointment to meet a sales person about a X3 that we had seen on Car Guru. The sales person was not there. Haasan greeted us immediately. We told him our situation and he said don't worry, I will take care of you. He quickly pulled up the car we were interested in. He fully explained all of the details and benefits of the car and the dealership. He showed us the car and went with us on test drive. The car has many features that he explained as we drove. When we got back he prepared all of the paperwork. I told him the interest rate that we could get from my credit union, and he said BMW could match it. He said that we could get the car that afternoon. When we demurred he volunteered to bring the car to our house as the dealership is about an hour from our house. He delivered the car to us on Saturday after his shift ended, and made sure that we could operate the necessary features. We are extremely satisfied with Haasan and World Wide. and we would recommend him and the dealership. I want to add a review for Ricky Wan in finance. He is an experienced and dynamic person who made the most complicated portion of our car purchase simple and pleasant. He explained all the details of the loan. He also pointed out the advantages of the Maintenance contract which we weren't planning to buy. Because of Ricky we bought the contract and now feel even more secure in our purchase More
