Disappointing Experience and Shady Business Practices I recently have been looking at LCI X3/4M's and came across a few in my area within reasonable driving distance. One was located at Wide Practices I recently have been looking at LCI X3/4M's and came across a few in my area within reasonable driving distance. One was located at Wide World BMW, so after verifying the car was there, I took a 45-minute drive to see it. Upon arrival, I found the car outside and took a quick look while waiting for the salesman. When he arrived, he grabbed the keys and unlocked the vehicle, but then immediately told me it was too late for a test drive. This was very frustrating, as the test drive was one of the main reasons I came and had been discussed prior to my arrival. After some small talk, I advised the salesman I would return the next day for the test drive, to which he agreed. The manager then came out, was nice enough, and spoke about closing the deal that day. While I understand the urgency, on an $80k+ car, I was in no rush. They offered me an extra $1500 off, which was decent but still above my initial budget of $60-$69k. We discussed my trade-in, and they offered $7500, even though I had recently been offered $12000 at another BMW dealer. After some back and forth, they increased their offer to $9000, but I decided I'd rather keep the car as a daily driver at that price. My wife was hungry, so I decided to return the next day. The next day, after some thought, I decided to proceed with the deal despite not being thrilled with it. When I called my salesman, he told me the $1500 off was for the previous day only, and now they could only offer $500 off. This was very annoying, but I decided to move forward and asked for the total to do a cash deal. I was then told they would NOT accept a cash deal and that I had to finance through them. This shady business practice of forcing customers to finance through them is just horrible. As a customer service manager myself, this rubbed me the wrong way. I get that everyone needs to make money, but these tactics are unacceptable. In my 22 years of driving and purchasing over 10 cars, I have never been this unhappy with an experience. I can't even say if I like the car because I haven't driven it. I would not recommend Wide World BMW based on this experience. More
Couple of days ago leased a car from this dealership and the only reason did business here because they had the exact car, trim, packages and features the way I wanted on my car plus they already ran my cre the only reason did business here because they had the exact car, trim, packages and features the way I wanted on my car plus they already ran my credit. Provided tons of paperwork online since I wanted things to go quicker and save time at delivery. Some rookie salesman mark and manager Andre not only made this process unpleasant but cost me more money than I was spending. There was lack of communication from the very beginning as I explicitly stated my terms and lease structure, total money to sign. initially they day I was picking up the vehicle I was told I’ll owe additional 1100 on top of what was agreed upon at signing which they never talked about or I never agreed upon so I turned around didn’t took the delivery. Couple of days later I decided I’ll just go ahead and buy the vehicle since invested so much time into it. Day of delivery I found out they fired the manager who put the deal together for me, after waiting almost the entire day I finally got the car. The finance guy Jon who signed the paperwork with me was unprofessional and unhappy to do business with, i have no idea why. Manners and respect don’t cost a dime but not everyone have them and that was the case here. After signing paperwork I was suppose to take my new car with a driver that was going to drive my other vehicle home with me (one I came in) was all of the sudden not available. They told me get an Uber back to dealership after leaving my new car at home and pick the other one I’ll be reimbursed but I never had an Uber account and let them know. They said they will have a driver pick me up so I went with that option, went back again and picked up the other car. One hour to and from dealership to my house. I hate to write all this but it really bothered me, the entire process and the people that handled this transaction. I loved the car and happy with that but experience was horrible. Thanks to the driver and the other salesman anyone else who helped in the process. More
Hardly an encouraging experience. First, though, our salesperson Manny, was a refreshing , stand up guy throughout the process. All else, was frustrating at best. The car was delivere First, though, our salesperson Manny, was a refreshing , stand up guy throughout the process. All else, was frustrating at best. The car was delivered with: 1. A broken brake light 2. (3) bald tires 3. A trunk that randomly opens without warning 4. A proximity sensor that repeatly sounds during rainy weather. Granted this is a used car, but we were repeatedly assured it went through their standard pre-sale evaluation and passed all specs...xx In all fairness they had to replace the brake light, I'm sure it helped I had a walk around video of the damage while on their lot. (3) tires were ultimately replace, but not until I broke down 3 hours from home and had to purchase a non run flat just to drive back. These issues should have been resolved BEFORE leaving the dealership. I have reached out via email & phone to GM, Brian Sorce, before offering this review, to be consistent with their inept customer service, he never had the courtesy to return my inquiry. What a mistake dealing with such an inconsiderate and self serving dealership. More
From the moment I contacted Andre to lease my new IX, the process was seamless and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, at a fair price. While he does remind me of process was seamless and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, at a fair price. While he does remind me of E.Honda from the street fighter video game, thats where the similarities end. He was a gentle and intelligent manager, and he will be my BMW contact for a very long time. Give this man a raise! More

If you enjoy wasting time and being lied to resulting in a horrific experience, then this is the dealership for you. Factory ordered 2022 M4C, left a deposit, ran my credit 6 months before car came. When ca a horrific experience, then this is the dealership for you. Factory ordered 2022 M4C, left a deposit, ran my credit 6 months before car came. When car finally arrives, dealer tells me to buy insurance and to come in pick up car only to have me drive an hour there an hour back to not be able to pick up the car due to them not having an approval for me. I'm verbally told at this point my credit won't be run again but my payments are going to be about $500 more than what was written on my buyers order. Being in car industry myself I understood somethings may change but a $500 difference in the monthly payment is clearly them trying to rip me off and play me for an idiot. I get extremely livid and call general manager to have things resolved, he agrees to just bump the payment like $100 which at the point I just wanted to get the process over with so I took it. Now I'm few months into ownership, find out they didn't give me the expected mileage on my contract and actually gave me less. On top of that I was told my credit would not be run again upon picking up the car but the finance manager did it again anyways 2 days AFTER I ALREADY TOOK THE CAR HOME. I never write reviews but if you're going to spend this much money on a car do not buy from here. Get a nicer experience elsewhere. More
We keep trying to finalize purchase of a new X3. First, they sent us home a week ago with nothing in writing on "deal" we were promised. Next, it took all week to get Gary Finance mgr on the phone First, they sent us home a week ago with nothing in writing on "deal" we were promised. Next, it took all week to get Gary Finance mgr on the phone. Thursday, we reviewed figures and I told him we're coming in 10 a.m. Friday and I need to be out in one hour, he said ok. We arrived at dealership Friday, ready to trade for our X3, and paperwork not ready. We got asked the same questions mulitple times by sales rep on behalf of Gary whom we never met. I had to leave for work after more than three hours of waiting, then they promised to deliver our X3 to our home. Yesterday. At the end of the day, they promised to deliver at 10 a.m. today, and now it's one hour later and no X3. They don't keep appointments with customers, they don't respect our time or value us, and the don't tell the truth. They're disorganized and inattentive, my worst car buying experience, ever. More

FRAUD - FRAUD - no ethics! My husband made a deal for a new BMW - the sales rep never told him his current lease was a part of the deal - so when that lease was up he returned it to a local deal. When Wor new BMW - the sales rep never told him his current lease was a part of the deal - so when that lease was up he returned it to a local deal. When World Wide found out about the return - they wanted additional 2000.00 - even though we had a deal in writing. My husband had a conversation with Alan about the potential equity to which he indicated there was none so why would it matter where the car was returned. Called BMW corporate - they indicated they are unable to assist - but wanted to hear what happened (why??) Ask a million questions and get everything in writing from this unethical dealership! More
