I used to manage an auto parts store and many times customers had questions about their vehicles and parts. Not being an experienced mechanic, I would call Aaron. I am consistently pleased with the quality of service and the overall experience I have at Wickstrom. Pat Dual is great to deal with on the sales side.... he always takes the time to understand what I'm looking for and finds the perfect fit in terms of style and price. The service department always has me in and out very quickly So i never feel like my time is bein wasted. Overalls the best dealership I've seen in a long time! More
I've been buying from Wickstrom for over ten years. My last three cars came from them (in addition to two company cars) over those years. My most recent purchase was for a new Expedition that really was facilated by Aaron Grassel. Aaron has always been there in times of need and has always gone out of his way to take care of me and any problems that I've had. He was the reason that I decided to come back to Wickstrom to buy the car I have now. He is truely an asset and is the reason that I continue to come back for EVERYTHING - down to the oil change. Keep in mind that the dealership is not that close to my home, but it's because of the people that make me keep on coming back. There is just a comfort level there. More

My past experience with car dealerships was filled with pushy salespeople. Not long ago, I pulled up to a Nissan dealership where three salespeople were outside the entrance smoking. One of them actually stomped out their cigarette in front of me and asked me if they could help me! Wickstrom Ford, by contrast, is the epitome of professionalism. I was blown away by their product knowledge as well. These folks aren't just pushing a "product" -- they are really passionate about the vehicles. This is the second vehicle I've gotten from Wickstrom Ford and I've also sent four friends over who have all bought their vehicles there as well. Their service department is second to none and the personalized attention is unparalleled. They have a customer for life in me.? More
