Woody was beyond professional and accomodating. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my first new car. It can be a rather daunting experience, and he was there to answer any question I could come u above and beyond to help me purchase my first new car. Since I live in another state (Georgia) he scanned/USPS/emailed every piece of information possible throughout the entire ordering process and purchase. Let's not forget he also was forced to deal with my mother/father as they felt obligated to check in since I lived out of state. He should get an award simply for dealing with that. With Bill (Master-Mind mechanic) you know he takes great care and does a great job. I love those guys and they make me coming back for more, simply because they are so easy to work with. And by the way: their prices can compete with everybody in the Chicago area; even with those oil change joints. I do not understand anybody going to the McDonald's of car service, if you can have a professional, carrying, top service at Wickstrom and build a relationsship that last for a very reasonable price. And one last thing: their employees are there for years: another hard to beat plus for Wickstrom. More

Manny, my salesman and Rob, from the management team, both did a great job. There was none of the "high pressure" sales used. They were both professional and curtious during the whole process. We discussed the price, came to an ageement , and made the deal. They"fixed" a cuple of smaqll issues we had and I drove away a very happy customer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
