The Wickstrom Service Department sets the gold standard for all service departments. We currently own 5 cars, 3 of which are Fords. 12 years ago my first Ford was purchased and subsequently serviced at an for all service departments. I was complaining about that service department and someone recommended Wickstrom. I have now been a Wickstrom customer for the past 10 years. The service staff is friendly, responsive, and always professional. The waiting area is very user friendly including recently updated computers for customer use while you wait. The Quick lube is always available and timely. Necessary repairs and potential cost savings are fully explained before the work is begun. Several years ago we bought a new car from Wickstrom. The sales person was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We will be dealing with him in the future. Wickstrom is a dealership you should visit. We have never been disappointed with their service or attitude. More
Wigstrom Chrysler may not be the closest dealer to my house but it is the only dealer I trust to take my 300C to for service. The service staff, especially Dan Huff, is always courtious and quik to ret house but it is the only dealer I trust to take my 300C to for service. The service staff, especially Dan Huff, is always courtious and quik to return my call when he's busy. He always calls with a thorough explaination of the work needed and an accurate estimate of what it will cost. The work is always done quickly and always to my satisfaction. Two of my children own Dodges and they also take them to Wigstrom. Once in a while one of my kids will tell me they had to get serviced elsewhere because of one reason or another and they ALWAYS end up calling me later with a sad story of how the were dissapointed. I will continue to make Wigstrom my ONLY service dealer and I'm sure I will check them out when I'm in the market for my next Chrysler. Sincerely Lawrence F. Crawford More
I can’t say enough good things about the Service department at Wickstrom Ford. Even Brian Cook, the Service Director, has gone out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Usually I am in and out quickly but if I have a laundry list for them they always make me feel at home. Free Mountain Dew, coffee, Wi-Fi and a desk to work at…I have to tell you it’s better than my own office! Even when I have shopped around for a better deal at non-dealership service centers I could not find one. It is very comforting knowing that I am getting the best service for the best price from the actual dealer of the vehicle (2003 Expedition). More
I have bought and serviced my cars at Wickstrom Ford for Years! I mostly visit the dealership for maintenance on my car. The service team is always very friendly. They go above and beyond! Not to forget the sales staff, in all my purchases I have always felt very comfortable with the price and have always had all my questions answered. The folks at Wickstrom know how to treat all of their customers with courtesy and respect. Every time I visit any of their dealerships (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram or Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, I feel like I customers with courtesy and respect. Woody was beyond professional and accomodating. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my first new car. It can be a rather daunting experience, and he was there to answer any question I could come u above and beyond to help me purchase my first new car. Since I live in another state (Georgia) he scanned/USPS/emailed every piece of information possible throughout the entire ordering process and purchase. Let's not forget he also was forced to deal with my mother/father as they felt obligated to check in since I lived out of state. He should get an award simply for dealing with that. Everyone at Wickstrom Ford Lincoln Mercury Chrysler Jeep Dodge makes you feel like the most important customer (practically like family) while you are there. I will never buy a car from another dealership. More
