Great experience again. I was at Wickstrom recently to renew my lease. After having a positive experience during my first lease, I was confident that returning to them for my I was at Wickstrom recently to renew my lease. After having a positive experience during my first lease, I was confident that returning to them for my second car was the right choice. They exceeded my expectations once again. My experience this time around spanned two days. The first day I was able to test out two vehicles they recommended. I had discussed my preferences with my sales rep, Ashley, and she listened to me and showed me two cars I loved. Not knowing much about cars, I wanted a day to go home and research the two for myself, so she opened up some time in her schedule for me the next day. Leading up to the second visit, I emailed her some questions during the day and she was quick to reply so that I had answers before I got there. Once there, the physical process of ending my old lease and leasing the new car was quick and easy. Brian, the paperwork guy, was comical and kept the mood light which made signing all the paperwork fly by. From the moment I walked in, it was a little less than an hour before I was in my new car and ready to drive home. Overall, I was very impressed, yet again. They made the whole process incredibly painless, and they really listened to me to find me a car I now LOVE. More

What Happened to Ryan? Not sure how you guy's could let a person with all the attributes like Ryan leave your organization. I tried to contact him about getting a new Ford Not sure how you guy's could let a person with all the attributes like Ryan leave your organization. I tried to contact him about getting a new Ford F-150 Platinum on Wednesday and was advised that he was let go by another employee named Kyle... I have been buying F-150's for 30 + years. The technical information and salesmanship that he provided when I was there in April, was the best I have ever experienced. Ryan knew that truck from top to bottom. He knew how the frame of the truck was welded, the process of e-coating to resist corrosion, what the performance and capabilities that each engine could provide, and all the benefits that new aluminum body provides, etc... I thought he was a Ford Engineer after speaking with him. Unfortunately, the timing was not right on my end or I would have bought one that day. The way he presented the product, your organization and himself was rare to see in the car sales business. I regret misplacing his business card, which is why I'm placing this review so that hopefully he can reach out to me or you Wickstrom's can pass on to him.
