Fantastic experience! I came into the dealership wanting to trade my car for new one. After dealing with multiple dealerships that continued to give me the typical salesmen I came into the dealership wanting to trade my car for new one. After dealing with multiple dealerships that continued to give me the typical salesmen bait n switch, along with other tactics, it was so refreshing to have someone be forward and and honest with me. This was the perfect no hassle answer all my questions dealership, which was perfect for me. My wife wanted an MKX and now she has one, and both of us are pleased. The inventory had just enough cars to pick from, so we drove out the same night with my wife new vehicle. As for Mitch Cierniewski you differently want to ask for him when you go there. He is the perfect sales rep, at least for me. Not pushy and very knowledgable about all the vehicles. More

Poor customer care I had an 11 AM appointment my vehicle had the engine light on I brought the vehicle in on a previous day and got the code for the problem. So when I d I had an 11 AM appointment my vehicle had the engine light on I brought the vehicle in on a previous day and got the code for the problem. So when I dropped the vehicle off we decided to do an oil change. they will call when it's ready, I never received a phone call so I called at 4 PM and all they had done was the oil change never even took the vehicle in for it's diagnosis. After the oil change instead of keeping my appointment they pushed my car to the end of the line, had I not called they would not have even touched it. In the end because I was angry they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in an hour. My feeling is this I made an appointment my vehicle should not have been pushed to the end of the line or I should have received a phone call that they will not be able to get to it for a small problem.
