Poor customer care I had an 11 AM appointment my vehicle had the engine light on I brought the vehicle in on a previous day and got the code for the problem. So when I d I had an 11 AM appointment my vehicle had the engine light on I brought the vehicle in on a previous day and got the code for the problem. So when I dropped the vehicle off we decided to do an oil change. they will call when it's ready, I never received a phone call so I called at 4 PM and all they had done was the oil change never even took the vehicle in for it's diagnosis. After the oil change instead of keeping my appointment they pushed my car to the end of the line, had I not called they would not have even touched it. In the end because I was angry they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in an hour. My feeling is this I made an appointment my vehicle should not have been pushed to the end of the line or I should have received a phone call that they will not be able to get to it for a small problem. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about the standard and optional features. I never felt pressured into something I didn’t need or want. The dealership is a comfortable environment to be in and there were a lot of cars in the lot to look at or compare. This was the first time I ever placed an order for a new purchase without feeling taken advantage of. I would recommend Wickstrom to anyone looking for a new Ford or Lincoln. More

He was professional from the start of the process and remained that way all the way through the buying process. He listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly what we asked for. He was in communication the whole time via text which is what I preferred. I was unable to go in this past Saturday and my wife handled the purchase and was in and out with the new vehicle in less that 2 hours. I would Highly Recommend Nathan to anybody and knowe that they will have a very good buying experience. More

Our salesman, Nick Gerling was so patient with us as my husband and I debated over several vehicles and never rushed us to make a decision. Once we finally decided on our purchase he got things movingas quickly as possible. My husband noticed a possible mechnical issue with the used truck we chose. Nick & the used car manager said if it was an issue in the next few days they would take care of it. Sure enough, three days later we had an issue. Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and got the situation resolved. We are happy to say this is an honest, trustworthy dealership that keeps their promises. More

My husband and I had purchased only three NEW We purchased a Ford Escape at Wickstrom a few weeks ago. Our salesman Clayton Wasicak was excellent. My husband and I had purchased only three NEW cars in over 50 years of marriage., And they were all Chevrolets, purchased in 1966, 2004, and 2006. When I found myself at Wickstrom Ford I was a little surprised, but our Chevy Dealer, Boehmer Chevrolet (Wauconda) closed a few years ago, connected to General Motors closing dealerships. As it turned out, I could not have been more pleased with the process of buying a car than I was at Wickstrom. And I think the initial contact with Clayton Wasicak was the reason. I did the car shopping this time. I was looking for a car sort of square like our 2004 Chevy because it is a somewhat big car and offers a good view for safe driving. Clayton Wasicak was patient, on task with total attention on offering cars for me to sit in to first of all check the front view etc for driving safely. We went from car to car and out of curiosity I sat in the Escape, just to see what it would be like to sit up higher than in a sedan. I loved everything about the Escape. I had declined driving the cars I had sat in because I was a little intimidated by less view for driving than in our 2004. When I sat in the Escape I said to Clayton it felt great, and I test drove it with no reservations. (This paragraph reflects the patience Clayton offered me to find the car that suited me.) I believe Clayton Wasicak's professionalism and respect was the reason I ended up buying a car at Wickstrom. Sincerely, Mayme Jo Denny More
