I no sooner filled out the Costco Auto Purchase form, when Micaela called me from Wickstrom Auto Group to see if I would like to stop in and test drive a Ford Escape. Everything that followed her friendly call, was a positive buying experience. I really liked the Cubbie Blue Escape but wasn’t thrilled about the light interior which I thought was in ALL “LIGHTNING BLUE” Escapes. NOT!!! Micaela said it wouldn’t be a problem tracking one down with the black interior. She found it quickly and it was at Wickstrom’s within 2 days. Joe and Brian helped me with the options in buying the car and were cooperative when I wanted to sell my previous car to a friend. They arranged for Mya, a Wickstrom valet, to pick me up at home, to take the license plates off my old car, and to bring me in to purchase my new Escape. THANKS TO ALL WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE!! More

Quick, friendly, helpful I was in the market for a new car. I knew what I wanted and when I spoke to Rich at Wickstrom, he went to work, found a car in their inventory that ma I was in the market for a new car. I told him the price I was looking to pay and he put the car in the back lot until later the next day when I could get to the dealership. When I arrived, he brought the car around, and informed me that they were able to hit my number. After a test ride we went inside and in started the paperwork. I spent a total of 2 hours at the dealership, got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and walked away with a great impression of Wickstrom Ford.. A week later I brought the car in to have the paint sealant package done. They had a loaner waiting for me and could not have been nicer and more efficient. I'm very please with my decision to buy from Wickstrom Ford. More

When the new dealership told me they couldn't help me with certain issues that began to appear on the new truck, I brought it to Wickstrom and they solved all issues with no questions asked.
