I have to say my total experience from my online inquiry with immediate response, to the time I walked in to this dealer and until the time I drove off the lot in my new vehicle was nothing less than excellent. I even received a video message from Eric Wood about the car and made it feel very personal! The dealership was very clean and had a nice feel to it as soon as I walked in. Talking with my sales representative, Eric Wood, provided outstanding customer service. I definitely had a sense of the “no pressure” environment and Eric Wood made sure everything was to my liking. Despite the already decent price tag on the Lincoln, I was able to negotiate prices just a little bit more to better suit my budget. The management teams at Wickstrom Auto Group were very kind and even came over to speak to me in order to make this purchase a reality, and ultimately I came out with a great buy. The finance department manager Brian Powell, was a pleasure to deal with as well. I never felt pressured. Brian Powell took me through the financial contract and extended warranty portion, with expert care and professionalism. Customer service, quality of work, friendliness, prices, and overall experience at this dealership were easily a 5/5 rating across the board. I encourage anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle to give Wickstrom Auto Group Barrington serious consideration, you will not be disappointed! It was well worth the hour and half drive from Wisconsin to visit Wickstrom Auto Group to buy my Lincoln Navigator.
