FUN car buying experience! I walked into Wickstrom Ford on a Saturday evening to test drive a couple of cars. The first salesman I talked to, AJ, was so helpful, nice and not p I walked into Wickstrom Ford on a Saturday evening to test drive a couple of cars. The first salesman I talked to, AJ, was so helpful, nice and not pushy at all. He brought up the 2 cars that we were looking at, and brought us for a test drive. Out of the two cars I picked the Ford Fusion Hybrid. It is such a beautiful car with low miles. AJ was so accommodating that he allowed me to take it for the weekend and talk numbers on Monday. They cleaned it and filled it with a half tank of gas. When I came back on Monday, which AJ stayed after his hours to meet with me, I was ready to buy this. Between AJ, Brian, Joe and Rob, they all made it such an affordable deal for me. It was such a fun experience to buy my amazing new car! I highly recommend them for your car buying experience. More

Bad place to buy used Wickstrom Ford sold me a 2010 F350 for $18800 that the emission system was removed. It also has a hole in the radiator. Wickstrom Ford did not disclose either of these Major problems, and is claiming AS-IS and will not offer ANY support. The radiator is estimated to cost $2000 to repair. The missing emission system is estimated to cost $5000-$6000.00 to replace. The business manager Ryan Dicken has offered me nothing but false information, excuses and lies. Ryan told me that it's legal to remove emission systems. Ryan also told me that it is legal to operate this truck on the road with the emission system missing. Ryan also went as far to lie to me and tell me that the truck came that way from the factory, anything to avoid any responsibility on their behalf. The fact is that it is against Federal law to tamper with or remove emission systems and it is also illegal to operate a motor vehicle on the road with tampered emissions... Even if your state or county doesn't have any emission requirements... It's still a Federal requirement for all 50 states and their counties within. The build sheet from the factory associated with the VIN number clearly shows that the truck came from the factory with a 50-state legal emission system, which Ryan could have easily confirmed. This truck is only able to legally operate off-road. The owner Richard Wickstrom sent me a note the day after my purchase hoping that I received a "5 star buying experience". I have tried to contact him 4 times since and still have not received any replies. When buying a used vehicle from Wickstrom Ford... Ask yourself if you're willing to be cheated, lied to and ignored, or if you would rather take your chances elsewhere. Because if it's happening to me, it could happen to you! More

Took my Lincoln MKS in for service and was extremely dissatisfied with customer service and especially the service technician Erik involved with my repair. Trying to get a hold of anyone in service, let alone my technician Erik was next to impossible and lack of any type of communication, support and unkempt promises is the reason I am writing this review. I really have never left reviews, let alone a negative review for any company, but Wickstrom handled my repair so poorly that I am willing to take time to warn others regarding their lack of customer care.
