It's not that I am hard to impress, rather I think that 5 star reviews should be reserved for situations/services that are unrivaled in the respective industry. And without a doubt, this is the type of service that was provided to me by Wickstrom Auto Group, particularly a sales associated named Kelsey. Kelsey was kind, responsive (even answering questions by text/email while on vacation), knowledgeable, and I would even go so far to say fun to work with. Out of the 15-20 dealerships I dealt with throughout my search, none came close to the professionalism of Kelsey - which was one of the main reasons why I decided to purchase a car from this dealership, even though 1400 miles from my house. Furthermore, when I arrived from out of state, there were a few "issues" that I had with the car. However, given my short window in town and having traveled from so far away, I essentially signed a contract on a handshake from the manager (Brian) that these issues would be fixed. Much to my surprise, Brian and Kelsey had the issues resolved within a few days so that the car could be shipped on schedule to me. From start to finish, this experience and service was top notch. I would recommend this dealership to anyone irrespective of location, as trust in the auto industry is something rare to come by, but much appreciated when found. More
