Some of the worst customer service ever. If I could rate 0 I would I went into the dealership looking to buy a new Ford Edge my sales representatives name was Nathan He wasn't very personable and honestly t 0 I would I went into the dealership looking to buy a new Ford Edge my sales representatives name was Nathan He wasn't very personable and honestly the whole dealership seem like they were not in the mood or willing to sell cars that day I want to see a 2021 for edge they only had one in stock when I ask to see it I was told well the finance managers driving it they are really hard to come by right now so I said let me get this straight you can't get them in stack and the only 1 you have your finance managers driving and I can't see it I was shown a 2020 ford edge But I wanted the only other one they had in I don't know if someone else had their eye on it but i was very deterred away from the car I was told they would go over some numbers and will get back to you. I have never left the dealership where they didn't want to deal with you and make a deal that day it wasn't before they were closing it wasn't like we were there really late I ended up calling them back and talking to Nathan and telling him we were not interested in moving forward with the deal just because I did not feel comfortable with the dealership and how I was left instead of him asking what he could do to make me feel more comfortable or how he could make this deal happen I was met with OK have a nice day This dealership is just bad. I ended up going to Hawke Ford in stcharles which is way far from my house but they were so nice I walked away with everything I wanted More

My wife and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them on Monday 10/26/20. Our salesman was Eric Jensen. When it came time to speak to the financing person, David Didier, we thought “here comes the pressure”. Well we were absolutely wrong. David was extremely nice and personable as well. He explained everything to us in detail. Not only will we purchase from the Wickstrom group again but we will recommend them to everyone. We could not be happier! Also we had to leave a car there overnight because my wife and I met at the dealership. When we came back the next day to pick up our car there was a note from David on our door to stop in for some good news. We went in and David told us he was able to get us a better interest rate!!! Who else does that for a sale already made??!! We have a new go to dealership!!!!! More
