This was a welcoming experience not feeling like I was fresh bate dropped into a shark tank. She was very attentive to all my questions and tried to find answers to ones which were not normally asked pertaining to towing and trailer hookup. Some of the questions required her to do some research within the service department which she did promptly, and research on my part. Rae's post visit communications have been timely and very helpful. I felt that she was actively working as a team player helping me reach my goal instead of a sales person trying to push a sales I might regret later. I spent hours test driving trucks at another dealer, to find one I was seriously interested. Only to find a additional fee on top of the original asking price that was not disclosed. He was able to get a sense of what I was looking for and narrowed down to two vehicles within not even 15 minutes. Micheal was friendly and was able to effectively answer every question. It felt like I was choosing a vehicle with a friend instead of the feeling like just a sale was trying to be made. I found the best vehicle for the price I felt comfortable with and couldn't be happier. I was thoroughly impressed by all the staff and how easy this process became. It had to be only a couple of hours since I walked, test drove a few vehicles and had the sale finalized.
