My car buying experience at Wickstrom in Barrington was excellen. Michael K. had the two vehicles I was interested in ready to test drive when i arrived. I was trying to decide between a 2016 Ford Fusion T excellen. Michael K. had the two vehicles I was interested in ready to test drive when i arrived. I was trying to decide between a 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium and a 2020 Ford Fusion Se. Both were in beautiful shape and the same color (Dark gray). Michael did a fantastic job of explaining the features of both vehicles and did not pressure me at all into buying the more expensive of the two. He was very thorough and professional and I ultimately ended up buying the 2020.
