Great dealership to purchase a vehicle. I worked with AJ and he explained the whole process of buying an 2023 explorer ST. When I ordered it in June, I expected it to come in 4 months and i I worked with AJ and he explained the whole process of buying an 2023 explorer ST. I purchased a used Navigator from Wickstrom Lincoln, as an out-of-state buyer. Unfortunately, I've had a terrible experience with the sales manager, an overall lack of professionalism from him, and a lack an out-of-state buyer. Unfortunately, I've had a terrible experience with the sales manager, an overall lack of professionalism from him, and a lack of engagement from any member of senior leadership, even upon my requests to speak with someone else. The vehicle stated 19,xxx miles, and stated it is a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Wickstrom voided the warranty, by applying a leather treatment to the rear seats, which is now flaking off. A sales associate confirmed a treatment was applied, which did not cure properly. I sent Wickstrom a video of the issue and my local dealer confirmed there was a third-party leather repair, which has voided the warranty. Wickstrom has never acknowledged my questions about the seat or even the video, they have ignored it in an effort to avoid it. There was a full vehicle vibration, confirmed by my dealer to need 4 new tires. A Wickstrom service record states a vibration from their tech. Wickstrom agreed to pay for the tires and spoke with my dealer to confirm the repair and that they would reimburse me for 4 new tires. After the tire installation, the Wickstrom sales manager refused to reimburse me. They agreed to pay for the tires initially and stated that was all they would do. When I asked how we would resolve the interior issue, they suggested the deal was tires and that was it. They felt that paying for tires would ignore all the other issues, for a vehicle they have serviced since new, and sending through the CPO process, which still needed many repairs. They voided a warranty and will not acknowledge it. I have been an informed, professional consumer, leaning on them for resolution, reaching out to senior leadership, asking for someone other than the emotional sales manager to contact me; I had enough of his threatening, yelling, arguing, instigating phone calls, and informed senior leadership of this. Wickstrom leadership has made no attempt to resolve my concerns. More
