This place is great. We requested info on a used Explorer. The sales team reached out to us right away and sent us a cool video about the vehicle. The price they had online was one of the best ones out there and they were more than fair with our trade. When we did the paper work the finance guy Pat Duval was so polite and not pushy. Michelle Goss was our salesperson and she did a great job. We were so impressed with the service area,(Michelle showed it to us when we first visited to drive the Explorer ) that we brought our Honda Accord in for tires, they have amazing prices on all tires. Enjoyable Experience I found a vehicle I was interested in at Wickstrom Auto Group. I sent an email and as soon as they opened I received a personal message from Eric Jens I found a vehicle I was interested in at Wickstrom Auto Group. I called Eric and told him I planned to be at the dealership later that afternoon. He thanked me for making an appointment and said he would have the vehicle waiting for me. I saw it sitting by the front door as soon as I pulled into the lot. The showroom was beautiful, with amenities to make guest feel welcome and comfortable. Eric was a wonderful salesperson. He was clearly on top of everything and made me feel at ease. Nick in financing also helped to make my experience enjoyable.
