What sets them apart in particular was their ability to actually conduct most of the sale via email. We were willing to work with any/several dealers and drive a bit to find what we wanted, but Wickstrom and Eric were far and away more responsive and personable via email than any other place that still seem to use generic auto responses and group email lists.
