Absolute worst customer service. Everything is great until you buy a car and are out the door, then they forget who you are. Left our CDs in the CD changer and Troy, who we bought the care from, wouldn until you buy a car and are out the door, then they forget who you are. Left our CDs in the CD changer and Troy, who we bought the care from, wouldn't even get the CDs out of the CD changer for us and we live 200 miles away. The used car manager wouldn't even call me back until told him I was going on the review sites and tell about our (true) experience. The final answer was he couldn't find them. Well, duh, it's only been a month that we were trying go get him or Troy to call us back. To add to the "great" customer service the used car manager blamed the whole thing on us and Troy did nothing wrong. Good lord, even a fly by night, pay by the week, skanky used car lot would send you something left in the car if you asked them. More
I like the truck I purchased, which is the true bottom line. The only issue I had was listening to them downgrade my trade in. In August 2020 I purchased via the internet a 2019 4Runner. This was a cash deal for almost $37,000. I bought this sight unseen so I relied on the dealership totally. I had a trucker pick up the vehicle which arrived up here in Missouri in perfect shape. The only problem was the floormats were missing. I have contacted the dealership +10 times and still have yet to receive the Toyota 4Runner floormats. My last conversation I asked if they would simply send a check for $100 and i would buy the floormats up here in Missouri. The salesman said he didn't want to do that but he would send a new set of Toyota floormats. It is the middle of October & I have yet to receive anything. The last 5 times I contacted the dealership I asked to speak to the owner or general manager but was quickly detoured. The owner needs to know about this. More

Got the car i needed I was looking for a car for my grand-kids to get ready to enter the driving part of their life. I wanted something not to large but easy to handle.
