This past week we went to visit the Whitten Brothers Fiat dealership. After doing our research we stopped in and found this to be a wonderful experience! I just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I am with my dealings with Whitten Fiat. It all started from the moment I walked into the dealership. I was greeted by Howard and a big smile. Howard took the time to get me set up with a test drive in the Fiat 500. Before I took that ride Harrison walked up, I told him that I really wanted to give the car a good work out and see what I thought about it. He said by all means take it for a good drive. I told him I wanted to go show my wife approximately 25 miles away. He said no problems please do. WOW I ended up buying the car. Took me about a week to set everything up but Howard was always there to help with questions and answers. When it came time for my first service Tracey Boone was my writer. I have to say wow to her also. She listened to my service needs and got me in quick for an appointment. Then she followed up afterword’s to make sure everything was ok. She has to be one of my all time best service writers. If she doesn’t have an answer to my question she will get back to me with an answer in a timely manner. Having purchased a Car that was New to the Market again, I was worried about how I would be treated after the sale. Well I have to say that Whitten Fiat has made me feel like family. So much so that I turned around in less than a year and purchased a second vehicle from them.
