I came in looking to trade in my 2012 Audi TT for a WILLYS Jeep I saw online. Evan made it not only possible but a reality and I am ridiculously greatful. I had to park in the back and upon getting out of my car he was there in a golf cart to scoop me up. Took me right to what I saw online and allowed me hands-on right away. The purchasing process was way easier than I expected as I still owed a lot on my car. Evan was professional, quick, accurate and didn't try to shovel me a load of anything or blow smoke. I only wish more associates, not necessarily only automotive but in general, were more like him. Evan, if you read this, thank you thank you thank you. I have purchased four cars from Whitten Bros, all from Larry "Baseball" Cupp. The man is a master of customer satisfaction and follow up. Just stating that I remember the guy who sold me my car years before and kept coming back is saying something. In fact, not all the cars I have bought from Whitten have been within Baseball's area, but he always takes care of me just the same. Fully plan to come back in the next few months for car number 5. Just thinking about Baseball, as I test drove a car in my hometown... but know I'll never buy from them. Can't speak highly enough about Baseball. More

Bill Martin has been working with us on the purchase of a new Jeep for quite some time. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. I have to say, this car buying experience has been stressful to say the least. I have been to 5 different dealerships, and they all sucked in fake staged service! If they didn't make me feel like crap stressful to say the least. I have been to 5 different dealerships, and they all sucked in fake staged service! If they didn't make me feel like crap about getting a car on my budget, they were using sale techniques that definitely put me on the defense. I seen the posting online (just about every website, cargurus, yahoo auto, autotrader, etc.) and called into the dealership around 7:50pm before closing. A nice woman helped me out (Gillian), as she was very sweet with answering every little question I had. I made an appt. & came in the next day and was greeted by some sweet men by the name of Willie and Bill. I had already had financing taken care of, and they offered to check for a lower interest rate, however I denied because I did my homework prior , and was financed seperately. Bill was my salesman and Willie was a manager. Now, let me say Bill is the BEST MAN EVER! A legit salesman in the business for 30 years, and loves his job. Everyone knows him, and even the customers spoke to him when I was looking at the car. He explained all the great accessories on the car and made me feel like I was his daughter. Usually salesmen take advantage of a young (24 yrs old) female, without any male present. I just felt like he really cared, and I believe he does overly care about his customers. The finance manager (Chris) was wonderful, and everyone was so humorous! The owner was even there, and I had no idea, as he did fit in with everyone, and made me feel valuable (and he was a cutie). Everyone go to Whitten Brothers on Midlothian Turnpike! You will have a WONDERFUL experience, and a fun one at that. I love my new 2011 Chevy Camaro!!! It is the BEST gift to myself for graduating in the Spring with my Masters! I love this dealership!!! More
