Like most, I was skeptical but Matt was the quintessential professional from the moment we met him to the third day when we finally made our choice and bought a new Jeep. Matt was personable, genuine, honest, and he was not pushy. He showed us exactly what we were interested in and actually listened to what we wanted instead of just pushing a sale. Matt treated us exceptionally and I will be recommending him to anyone I am friends with who is interested in a new vehicle. While most would rather have a root canal or make a proctologist appointment than go to a dealership and go through the car buying process, I would gladly go through this again with Matt. When I got there, Mark w Yesterday, I visited Whitten Brothers on Midlothian Turnpike in order to get information about leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got there, Mark was standing at the door. He immediately offered me assistance and seated me and my family. He was extremely informative and gave me all of the information I needed on both, the vehicle I was inquiring about, as well as the financing and leasing options for the vehicle. He went over every single feature of the car, before we even went for a test drive. Mark made me feel at ease during the entire process. We were offered bottle water while we waited during the paperwork process, and he made sure that ALL of our questions and concerns were answered. This was my very first purchase of a vehicle by myself, which can be very overwhelming, and Mark really made me feel at ease and confident about my purchase. There were other employees who were also very nice and helpful during this process as well, but Mark was an absolute pleasure to do business with, throughout the entire process. Great staff, deal, and vehicles. I originally came to the dealership to buy a new 2017 RAM and trade in my 2012 Silverado. Katie worked with me remotely very diligently on my potentia I originally came to the dealership to buy a new 2017 RAM and trade in my 2012 Silverado. Katie worked with me remotely very diligently on my potential trade. I setup an appointment and drove the 2 hours to get to their dealership. Monty assisted me in taking the new truck out for a spin while my truck was appraised. After some number crunching my Silverado wasn't going to bring what I wanted so I left to head back home. A couple days later, and a couple other dealerships later, I called them back with a used 2016 RAM on their lot in mind. Monty pulled it from Ashland and got it sent to the Midlothian dealership. Another 2 hour drive I arrived with a ready to test drive truck from Monty. After returning Monty was very busy and Margaret assisted me from there. We started number talks and quickly went to finance. There were a couple issues with the truck that they gladly worked out replacement for. After it became very late Margaret transistioned me back to Monty and I went to finance. It was a lot of fun there too as we worked on numbers and everything came out better than I expected. Monty helped close the deal and away I drove. Great Dealership! I will buy my next vehicle from there and will be sending friends and family there as well. Thanks again! More

A Great Place to Buy a Car When my father and I went to Whitten to buy a car, Bruce "BBQ" Anderson asked what we were interested in and listened to the answer. He pulled up a couple of suggested cars on his computer. He let me test drive it. He explained everything from the basics to the bells and whistles. He also sent me a link to Whitten's Customer Support and told me if I had any questions I could also call him. There is also a gadget in the car that links me to information if I have questions. As we sat at his desk waiting for someone who was doing paper work he talked about things that he and my father had in common. He relates well to people and knows about more than just cars. He certainly knew the product he was selling too and was enthusiastic without being pushy. The other people involved in this sale also seemed to do their jobs well. More

Ram 2500 Purchase Today 12-18-17 I drove two hours to Whitten Brothers Dealership in Midlothian to look at a Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins I had researched on the internet. Upon Today 12-18-17 I drove two hours to Whitten Brothers Dealership in Midlothian to look at a Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins I had researched on the internet. Upon arrival I was greeted by a sales rep who took me inside where I met Monty Baker to advise him I was here for my 10am test drive. The truck was pulled around front with the hood raised, we proceeded around the truck seeing the options of the truck on the exterior. We both got into the cab to look over all options as it was a Big Horn addition of the SLT model. We went for a local test drive which included 64 to 288 to have highway time. Monty answered all my questioned during the ride except two. Once we returned to the dealership he immediately went inside to get answers to my two questions involving towing and if the truck had a block heater. At his desk the professional manner was top notch while numbers were being worked on as I was trading in my pickup. We had regular conversation while waiting, I was constantly asked if I need anything to drink etc. The transaction between the trade in and purchase of my new Ram 2500 was very smooth with no hiccups. I would highly recommend this family owned dealership for any vehicle on their inventory.
