This time I was not on the lot 5 minutes before I was asked if I needed assistance. Melvin Roberts was very helpful and made my initial visit very pleasant although I was buying from Jeep and he was a Mazda salesman. He did alot of the leg work and assisted me in getting what I wanted brought over from the Ashland location. Then next day Monty Baker took over and continued the great service. He was very efficient and answered all questions. The closing was very streamlined, which made the process very enjoyable and quick, which I was very thankful for. The only hiccup with my experience was with the Finance Manager, Jeff. I felt he was slightly arrogant and defensive and could improve on how he explains things to potential buyers. More

Even though we were late getting to the dealership the sales staff and finance department were still eager and willing to stay to make the deal work. I would recommend Whitten brothers to anyone.
