I received $2500.00 dealer incentive, and financed through them and received $1000.00 incentive. I opted for the 54 month payment. It's a great car. I had some questions once I got home about all those fees, after a day I received a call from Jay who answered my questions. I got the feeling his feelings were hurt by my questions since I'm experienced with unscrupulous car sales persons. Safety features are on point. I was driving to work when the car ahead of me brake suddenly. I anticipated my new car recked, and then I felt the car brake itself. I was thanking God all the way to work. More

Disappointed Customer I feel that it is an unfair business practice to advertise a car, get told to come and see the car, then get told the car isn’t ready to be seen but y I feel that it is an unfair business practice to advertise a car, get told to come and see the car, then get told the car isn’t ready to be seen but you can see it tomorrow. My family is a growing family and we were extremely excited about purchasing a van, and this particular van had everything we wanted and within our price range. 9 times out of 10 we wouldve purchased the van being that it had everything we wanted and the price was more than reasonable. But only to find out the next day, the day we were supposed to come and see the van, that it was purchased. Purchased by the owner at that. If you own a business it’s completely understandable that you have first dibs on everything your business has to offer. But it becomes unfair and impractical when you advertise the car, have an interested buyer, completely inconvenience the family to come out IN THE RAIN to see the van, get told it’s not ready (but you said come see it), then tell us the next day “the owner” bought the van. No how about the owner TOOK the van. I don’t know one owner who actually pays for a product their selling. Makes no sense. So therefore here we are unsatisfied, feeling inconvienced and mistreated. I really don’t understand why this happened but I feel it deserves an explanation. I feel “the owner” should take responsibility rather than take advantage. More
