Waiting on finance ! / Poor vehicle detailing Josh was an excellent salesman and took great care of me while I waited to get into finance. Bob (finance) was absolutely outstanding in providing the service I needed once I got in to see him. Total time spent at Whitten - 1pm to approx. 8pm - 7 hours !!! I am not sure who determines whose package goes to finance first but Whitten almost lost a sale due to it. I was about 2 minutes from walking out the door.
