The experience was great. Dustin Hicks was a bit pushy, but I am in sales and he followed protocol. Matt Jennings was very laid back and conscienceos of my needs. I will buy another vehicle from him withou but I am in sales and he followed protocol. Matt Jennings was very laid back and conscienceos of my needs. I will buy another vehicle from him without a doubt. Buyers know what they want andhe meets the needs. Dustin sells by the book versus Matt's intuitiveness. THANK YOU MATT JENNINGS!!! More
Raymond was very friendly and professional. We negotiated the price quickly and then he let us take our soon to be car to lunch while we waited for paperwork to be drafted. We came back from lunch, signed pa the price quickly and then he let us take our soon to be car to lunch while we waited for paperwork to be drafted. We came back from lunch, signed paper work, and were out the door with our new (used) SUV. As far as car buying cars, it was an easy and pleasant experience. More
I gave the rating I gave because for the position I was in, Randy made me feel like I was any other customer, not just one with a special situation. In fact working with Charlie Browne with my loan payment in, Randy made me feel like I was any other customer, not just one with a special situation. In fact working with Charlie Browne with my loan payments was a breeze. Both Randy and Charlie made this purchase a pleasant experience. More
We just finished the process of purchasing a new car for our son tonight. We dealt with 2 persons and they could not have been more different. Matt Jennings was our salesperson. I cannot begin to describe h our son tonight. We dealt with 2 persons and they could not have been more different. Matt Jennings was our salesperson. I cannot begin to describe how great Matt was to work with. They did not have the Dart in stock with the options we wanted. Within 1-2 hours, I got a call from Matt and he had a located a car and had it delivered to the dealership that afternoon. He stayed 2-3 hours over his scheduled work hours to stay with us until the deal was done. Then we got to talk to Charlie Brown. That's when the day went south. We we're purchasing the car for our son. We put down 14K and only financed 9k. We are trying to get credit started for our son. We co-signed for my son with a credit score over 825. Since there was NO credit issue, Charlie took it upon himself to try a rip off the customer. I don't know what made me madder, his arguing or the fact that we had to buy the overpriced warranty, or the fact that the original price was so high and he was so willing to keep changing the price to see if we would buy it. He has the typical used car salesman mentality. I told Charlie we we're not interested in the extended warranty. He would not take no for an answer. He argued for 30 minutes and then reduced the warranty nearly 50%. We purchased an new Kia 1 month ago and to extend the bumper to bumper to 100k was $750. He started the 7year/70k warranty at $2300 on a 22k car (car has a 3yr/36k). When we left he was down to $1200 and still arguing. No means NO. If this car would have been for myself instead of my son, I would have walked out. Buyer Beware !!! More
I live in Maryland and had been looking for a while for a used F150. Was having trouble finding a truck I liked locally. Bought an F150 from Whitten and couldn't be happier with the purchase or the process. used F150. Was having trouble finding a truck I liked locally. Bought an F150 from Whitten and couldn't be happier with the purchase or the process. I was able to get a very nice truck at a great price. I really liked Zach, the sales manager, and Grady, the salesmen. Didn't need to dicker with Zach, the sales manager, to get the price i wanted, and he was very accommodating. Brought the truck back to Maryland and it sailed through Maryland inspection (which is known to be very comprehensive) with no problems. I found both Zach and Grady to be very customer focused, easy to deal with, personable, trustworthy, and made the extra effort to make sure I had a positive experience. I strongly recommend Whitten, and in particular, Zach and Grady. More

I purchased a Nissan Altima on 12/07/12 around 7:30 pm. Duriing the test drive I was told that I could have my teo front tires replaced as they were clearly worn. Because the the service deptment was close Duriing the test drive I was told that I could have my teo front tires replaced as they were clearly worn. Because the the service deptment was closed I was told by my salesman Ray to come back later and the tires would be replaced . I returned a few days later and service manager inquired about my request and examined the car. It suppostely "passed inspection". He did see the need to replace the tires. My uncle then asked the service manger "would he feel comfortable allowing any woman in his family driving on two tires in that condition?" He never answered... Then I was told that if I came back without him that they would be willing to "work with me". I returned on 01/08/13 with mother and left the car for service. I recieved a call on 01/09/13 from Scott stating that he was no longer willing to honor any agreement that he made with me !!! His disgreement was wih my uncle who questioned the quailty of his work. His disagreement was with my uncle NOT ME THE ACTUAL PURCHASER. May I add that I was not wittness to everything that I was said by the two men. All I know is that I DONT APPRECIATE being taken advantage of... I am a young eduated woman. I feel like i am being BLACKBALLED becuase of A TESTOSTERONE FUELED display by a few grown men that simply got out of hand. HOWEVER THEY MAY OF FELT ABOUT EACH AND THEIR MANHOOD OR LACK THEERE OF, HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ME (the purchaser) or the agreement that we had. The gentlemenly thing to do would have been to be aman of his word. Not fall back on promise becasuse of what another man who had no vested inerested the vechice said to them. At point that they felt that the conservation out of hand or when they realized that my uncle was not purchaser HE SHOULD HAVE COME TO ME. ALL I WANT IS THE TIRES I WAS PROMISED !!! More

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler there in February of 2010. In November of 2010 I experienced something familiar to Jeep owners called a Death Wabble. I took the vehicle in to be serviced from what I was 2010. In November of 2010 I experienced something familiar to Jeep owners called a Death Wabble. I took the vehicle in to be serviced from what I was told was a certified dealer and the service department replaced the stearing dampner with no other recommendations. After about nine months the same issue reoccurred and the same part was replaced again with no other recommendations. In December of 2012 yes the issue started again. I was told to contact Chrysler because there was nothing Whitten Brothers could do to assist financially. After contacting Chrysler I was informed that only 50% would be covered because Whitten Brothers recommended that the shocks be replaced after 80,000 miles. Needless to say, I will never purchase another vehicle from any Whitten Brothers dealers because the service department cant seem to figure out how to repair vehicles until it gets too many miles on it to be covered under the warranty. On the day of Hurricane Sandy I noticed that my Tire Pressure Sensor had come on. The very next morning I was able to get my Jeep into the Service Department and begin working with Joe Allen. In minut Pressure Sensor had come on. The very next morning I was able to get my Jeep into the Service Department and begin working with Joe Allen. In minutes he had found the source of the problem and discovered another one in the process. Both could have been serious. Joe quickly analyzed my warranty coverage and provided a rental vehicle for me. Within 24 hrs the parts were in and the service completed. This is my fifth Jeep from Whitten. There will be a sixth. This is the level of customer service so often missing in business today. Joe Allen and the Whitten Service Department are yet another reason to continue buying Jeeps and buying them from Whitten Bros. More
